Luke Tamu, now going as "Luke Tamu "Amukhale" has never apologized to me, Zabde-Ezra Ayienga for the infantile attempt to separate me from my family, my church, my friends, my associates as well as all the BBCF family of friends I have developed since 2007. As BBCF grows in Kenya, new people join us. They do their Google search and find Luke Tamu 'Amukhale" of Australia's attacks on me, my wife, my church, and BBCF associates at large. This message is to encourage anyone who reads Luke Tamu's old messages to contact him DIRECTLY at this email address: luketamu@ymail.com. Only Luke Tamu "Amukhale" of Australia can give you an explanation for the accusations against me. I have no need to defend myself.
You may wonder how come I have the email address of someone keen to destroy me. Luke and I were once friends. We worked together in Nairobi Kenya as evangelists with A.I.C-Diguna. Our falling out came when I exposed him as an international scammer over the web. As a result the FBI is tracking him down. He has a Facebook account he can no longer use for fear of being caught.
He has stopped sending monthly mass emails detailing his "one man wonder" evangelism feats across the globe. Luke Tamu of Australia blames me for his misfortune, probably even his two failed marriages. He decided to try and harm me in any and every conceivable way. His use of pseudonyms is one cowardly approach he took. Modern technology was able to locate all on-line complaints and accusations against me as originating from computers in Australia (and not Kenya), where Luke Tamu enjoys permanent resident status.

internet not working since 3 weeks

My account no is 338040739454. We have already pay in advance for every month as required. And we are facing intermittent disconections and internet not working for atleast 1 week every month now. And this time for 3 weeks and still they don't have a clue . its testing my patience. I am surprised at how the customer care gives a different reason for the issue . It's such a shame that we have to hear lies. As probably no one knows anything any the issue we are facing. how come now reliance can't be relied on.

This is rajkumar. i used to use Reliance internet in 2001. Due to address change i requested for transfer to new address.

After 1 month, i got a call from reliance to take the equipment back. but nobody came. i left the refundable amount Rs. 500 also.
Even after this i got bills from reliance. so i gave complaints two times by mentioning " already requested to close the account & do the needfull".

Suddenly today i got a mail from <reliance.osc@gmail.com> as below.

The applicant, M/s Reliance Communications, has requested this Authority to take up the same matter for amicable settlement through conciliation before the lok Adalath. Therefore, the Lok Adalath has been constituted for settlement of the Pre litigation case.

Therefore, you are hereby directed to take the notice and appear before this Pre litigation Lok Adalath PLC sitting No: 253/2013 on 25.03.13 (Monday) between.11.00 AM and 4.00 PM. at the Office of the Deputy Registrar, I st floor New Court Mayo Hall , Residency Road, Bangalore.

not getting the service

Hi Reliance Broadband,
Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID : 388664963074 ) from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no – 183389097 ) with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers - 183389097, 183456142, 183580913, 183669317, 183727952), as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No – 183766058 ) with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.
