sir i changed my bill plan from monthly rental 99 to 899 unlimited which was suppose to be changed from 7 mar 2013 and i received a message also from customer care that "your plan is changed to 899 unlimited from 7th mar but after a month wen i received my bill then my bill was on old plan of Rs 2218 but which should be Rs 899+service tax. and wen i contacted customer care then they said it was my fault.

My LandLine Phone,s charger is not working.Please replace it as soon as possible.

Sir reliance gsm network has deducted my balance for using GPRS service but I have net pack in my device.when I asked them to resister a complain they said it will be register after 2 days as your one complain is in pending.and after two days when I registered the complain now they are saying we can't refund your money back as we have only 3 days details.so we can't refund you the deducted balance.i have all the recording of complain.

i have activated facebook plan on my reliance no. in the plan the usage of facebook is unlimited free for a month but my balance is deducting and the customer care no. is also not working

I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whats app and Facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#, every time i opens my whatsapp my balance start deducting. If my balance is deducting even after recharging this pack, then what's the use of this recharge ???

sir, i am using reliance prepaid CDMA mobile (9350564094) for aprox 8years and every year company wants id prof and my details, is the company missed/ delete all data every year? and now company has stop the services of out going and incoming without any prior notice, it is not possible to submit all documents again and again. Although I submit relevant documents just before one week but they stopped all services. please start again my mobile services as soon as possible.

I want to report about about one of Service provider center of Relaince.
they are misbehaving with me not giving response and services after payments.
i was contacted by them from the no.8595360170 about 2 weeks ago offering me a postpaid plan. i accepted the plans and asked for the procedure. They told me to submit the documents and security of rs. 800 nd i will b provided by the service with 3 days.
I do the same nd made the payments and submitted the asked documents.
but now even after 2 weeks they are not activting my sim also not picking up my phone as well.
wat to do sir please help me at earliest.
