Not Refunding my money in Bank account

Hello,

I have not received my refund(Rs.10884) of my cancelled product and my order ID-15952035279. Your executive are saying that we have refund ur money in ur account but wgen i checked there is no ARN number matching u have given. 5 Months gone i have not get my refund yet. If u r not giving it back within 24hrs Ihave to take strict action. Because now u have break our trust by putting in this kind of sutition. If my money is not refunded in 24 hrs sorry to say but i have to take strict action against ur company.
