potential screen damage and otg support is not functioning

I bought the all new shiny samsung galaxy s4 2 weeks ago and the device was super from the first look...and over days i found that it heats more faster than my oven.well i thought no biggie after all it is one of the fastest phones on the market. then one day when i checked on the devie in the morning i found that the screen's ''OILY SMOOTHNESS" was gone at the top right parts of the screen and that selected portion seemed to attract dirt and dust!!...not only that adn my device doesnt seem to be supporting OTG fuctionality which was one of the reason i bought the device!!. what am i supposed to do with the device now...and frankly i think the oily texture of screen lost due to the fact that it over heats so much to super extends!!. so i would like samsung to ask for a new s4 instead of this malfunctioning device!!
