My name is sarathy i was admitted my mother to SRM Hospital at Pothary,for the purpose of going to Heart operation each and every day one doctor come and test for the patient health condition the total test is finished with in one week the week one lady doctor said to recommended Angio test then we will pay the money Rs:10000/- on (18.06.2012) we pay the amount as per the doctor confirmation ,then the day after the next day the patient is going to test Angio theater that time the chef doctor is see the all ECO report , and related details then the doctor said no need this test everything is ok .then come to the same ward here the lady doctor is scold to use very bad words why you are not done the angio test then she told the all information what the Angio doctor said.but the cash is still not refund we ask to that lady doctor she is not give any resonance to patient and me. then i desided to give a complaint, kindly take a necessary action to that doctor .(place:-3rd flore heart operation ward) and the chef doctor also not give response because mostly all are uneducated so many peoples are worry about the same reason. we was join on 08.06.2012 still my mother problem was not solved .so many peoples are affected in the same reason so kindly give a feasible solution for that and further avoid this type of issues please consider the patient life.
