Violation & Non Cooperation

Dear Sir,
I want to make complain regarding wrong recharge done from your distribution dealership..now he did not get any ans.. i was giving money of rs, 120 for balance recharge and he had done another recharge now he did not gave the money back or right recharge on my no..so kindly give the suggestion why customer is suffering for that.and make strike action for that distribution when i m going for complain his doing very misbehavior and very rude ans..so i request you kindly do the needful as soon as possible...Distributor name is Mayur Telecom...Contact Person Name is Mr.Ketan, Near Vegetable Market Adipur, Kutch. I M waiting for your cooperation.
