sms 24 hours k bad aane bare

hello
mere pas tata docomo k 2 no. ha jiska no. 9729457101 or 7206293937 hai mere in no. pe agr koi sms mere no. pe tata wale no. se sms send krta hai to wo muhje 24 hours k bad accept ho rha hai . is problm k karn mujhe 6000 rs.ka los ho gya hai .mene bhut bar custmor care pe is problm k bare me kha lekin wo mujhe har bar time pe time dete rhte hai ya bich me hi mera phone kat dete hai . sms shi time pe na milne k karn mujhe finencialy or mentaly los ho rha hai to plz aap meri is problm ko solve kr de . agr aap jaldi meri is problm ko jaldi solve nhi krte to majburn mujhe aap company walo ko notice bhejna pdega .jisse apka or mera time waste hoga to plz aap meri problm solve kr de mere pas cusmore care ki bat ki hue recording or sms jo alg alg date ko aa rhe hai record hai jisse aap ko hi bad me nuksan hoga court me janee k bad so plz solve my problm

WORST SERVICES

I am customer of Tata Docomo having no. 9355874099 . From last 12 days , I am bearing problem of many kinds by tata docomo co’s customer care. I have tried to tell them many times to solve my problem by another tata phone but they are looking very careless , they do not have manner , how to talk with customers . I have been calling them many times and told my problem but they did not seem serious in my problem , even many time they disconnected my phone without giving proper reason . How they are irresponsible person.
My problem is that (1) with this no. (9355874099) I am not able to connect with customer care Since last 12days .
2 ) Tata Docomo having a scheme with rs 250 and get rs 222 instant and one month 3G/2G internet free ( it is all their scheme which is shown in tele message ) then I have recharged my no. with Rs 250 as per TataDocomo scheme ,they give me instant rs 222 nd internet also but later 12 days they closed my internet , when I called them , they told me that our scheme is applicable only on mobile not pc or tab , or laptop,…..ok
But when I started internet on my mobile they charged me 10 p/10kb. After then I call them they did not pick my phone still.
3) after charging internet charges their message shown less amount in message like as if they charged me rs 5 their message shown it rs 0.50. I have used internet many times to see in misunderstanding , paid enough charge , its not all about money , its all about manner and services.

Dear sir /madam , I am not telling u about money , I am just telling u about manner and services of a prestigious and very huge network company services . I am very bothered by this company services . its not only my problems , even I can manage but what will happen of my another brother sisters who are in number of crore in all over India . I belong to little stable family , working also but what is going on or what will happen with another customers who r spent their hard money to pay for services. There I don’t want to tell name of some customer executive because they do their service as per company policy. There I want to tell some problem faced by like me type customer

1. these company do not show clearly in their message term and conditions .
2 they usually charged without informed the customer like by unwanted calling.
3 if somebody facing problem by its co then they have provision , only one can call one time in 24 hours weither call disconnected by customer service executive without giving proper reason or without solving problem.

At the end my humbling request to u , please take strict action against these type company who charge irrelevantly to customer their hard money and don’t take seriously to customers.

online recharge not sucessful

dear sir,
today I recharged my 9017200134 through docomo wetsite via net banking ,and the recharge of rs 98 was succesful.,
but I have neither received any conformation msg on my number nor any data benefit is avail .
I called docomo care and they told me that their is not online recharge is done on my number,
now what I do.
pls sir do somthing .
there is 1/6 sec onnet+free sms on tata no.+ 1gb net.

Not able to access 3G in 250 rs plan

I have recharged 250 rs unlimited data plan which has 1GB 3G data and after that unlimited 2G data. I'm using iphone 4 . I'm not getting 3G. I'm getting E. So please tell me wat to do to access 3G. My number is 3g activated . Number is 8123994955

Previously my APN was TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET . Customer care person said to change it to TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC. But its not working. Please help me with this

Net activation

i m nt gettin the internet facility in my cell aftr i activated the intrnet pack on my docomo no. i even changed the apn settings from tata.docomo.internet to tata.docomo.internethvc bt all in vain. i even tried to call the customer care bt no response frm there too.. plz help me with this

balance deduction

Dear sir
today my balance rs 50 is deducted without any reason
l hv tryied to call tata docomo custmer care,
but I find that they blocked my call,
becaus they have no excuse about this,
last time,in octber also, my rs39 is charged,
but this is credited.
every time when I recharged 250 3g pack ,some balance is deducted,but n 2g pack, aall is fine.
l want my deduct balance back and no more dduction
any more while browsing,
my docomo no is 9017200134,

pls sir pls fix this problem as soon as possible.

deduction of my balance

Today I received an sms from TA-HUWWAP, SAYING i!You have downloaded Dazzling Imagery at Rs36.17/-Non-renewable.Balance is Rs1.00 at 21-01-13 11:32PM
. Actually I havent downloaded anything. What a bloody cheating is this from Docomo.

2 false deductions of 99 each

My tata docomo no. 8950145104 has unlimited pack of Internet and 250 rs of balance
. I was not even using the Internet when I received the SMS of 99 deduction
. Same happened 1s again. I called the customer care but they didnt solved it. Please HELP

wrong deduction of balance

I Ishu Bansal, using your services for number 9034527225. Balance of rupees 99 has been deducted on 30/12/12 for no reason. when i talk to costumer care regarding the complaint they give invalid reason. so i requst u to look around the issue and refund my balance in my account asap..
