sir/ madam i am using tatadocomo past few month now today they activate health tips them self and charged rupees for a tips and regards that i had a call to the customer care and ask them at first time they could not response well after that i call second time they could not response for my request for this leads me to think change my network, please take necessary action and deactivate that service and return my deducted money back...

Below are few of my numbers which are barred due to many reasons.

I was initially not attempted to have access to ISD facility towards my number, some how I got it activated to one of my numbers 7200010431.

I have requested plans with 299 roam free for 7200010432 and 7200010431 but unfortunately I were not able to access my phone outside my state.

Now, all my numbers are being barred stating that, I have tried to activate and de-activate ISD facility from online by fraudulent measures, why should I do this when Internet website allows me to do the access of getting this done.

Some how I wanted my numbers to be active and running, but I didn’t. For god sake I even tried to make the SIM cards from post paid to prepaid plan now that again is not happening.

I have spent more than 12K of money for not getting activated my CUG connections within these numbers and lost almost 2K as missed calls for which they say Chennai OMR is complete coverage but it won’t work in my office located in 6th floor on the same area.

I had to call 121 (or) 198 which all customers are busy attending other customers and I am not a customer to attend and call will disconnect.

I had to call 09043012345 for which every second is payable will ask you to enter your phone number will take some money and then will vanish saying the same statement.

Please let me know, what should I do in order to get my numbers back and how to reach out this message to higher level of escalation.

I am using TATA DOCOMO postpaid number. i put request on post paid to prepaid change in Feb 2. Till now it didn't get changed .i cleared my current and unbilled amount when i raised requested that time till now it is not getting changed but bill generating TATA DOCOMO cheating me.i am calling daily and spoke to customer care they are telling it will change tomorrow or else they are telling technical problem i did'nt understand is there any technical problem in more than 18 days. This is the worst customer service i am facing in my life time. I checked with docomo store also they are also telling server problem.if you are not resolve customer query certain time what is the use of having customer care and store.i am very much irritated this customer support.i am keep sending mail to customer care they did'nt respond at all.i lost my hope there after it will
change or not.
