regarding malfunctioning of commervial vehicle model tata 4023 prima(engine mafunctioning)

Dear team,
i am owning 30 tata commercial vehicles in ajmer,all are tata 4018,in sep 2012 i bought tata 4023 prima,registered number is RJ 01 GB 3288,for last one year this keep standing in authorised tata motors just because of tata i am so much disappointed with this vehicle and now i am about to commit suicide just because of tata motors,because tata motors has given me the vehicle with difected parts,with no spare part replacement facilty,for last one year,every month my vehicle keeps standing in tata motors authorised service center in ajmer and nasirabad,they keep the vehicle for 10-15 days open the engine,and then give the back,again it doesnot work properly and i take vehicle to service station tata motors again,again they keep the vehicle standing for 10-15 days,but problem doesnt get solved,tata motors engineers are not able to find the problem,you tell me how my installment will be paid in this way,i am so much diappointed,plz help me otherwise i have to commit suicide and tata motors only will be responsible for this,because of tata motors my reputation has gone down among the market and bankers,

Dear Sir,

Our Vehicle No MH.46.H.5461-Chassis No MAT722004C3F14933 Engine NO 6ISBE2303021E64103756.

We have sent our vehicle for reparir at Baffan Service station Panvel on 10th October 2013. Till today person incharge Mr. Mahendra Singh and Techincien Mr Power couldnt found the fault of the vechicle. They have opended gear box and changed the clutch Plate still this vehicle not in conditions.

Our driver suffering due to defective engine, this engine required to be changed without further delay.
The vehicle remain in workshop for repair the engine

Therefore it is requested to kindly raise this issue upto the highest level in TATA Motors and save my

problem with tata3118 vehicles

The said vehicle no. is Tata3118. the vehicle giving lot of problem with the engine oil getting very thick and every time the vehilce is sent to authorised workshop. The oil is getting changed but the vehicle is standing with the workshop for more than 3 days and every time the pump and nozzle is opened for repairs. The pump and nozzle is calibarised and refitted with vehicle. I am facing similar problem with all the vehicles which we own is 15 vehicles. The front tyre wears very fast and we have to change the tyre every 20000 kms and the breaks get frequent jams on every 100 kms. This problem is only with Euro3 models. Request your team to addresss this immideate basis.

LPS 4018 TC Truck bearing chasis No. MAT 447212B3E11637 and Engine No. 11E63128622 needs change engine

I have purchased one LPS 4018 TC Truck from Matsya Automobile, Alwar (Rajasthan) one year before bearing chasis No. MAT 447212B3E11637 and Engine No. 11E63128622
Since purchase of the vehicle, vehicle is having problem of consuming oil. in every 2000Km run vehicle is consuming oil 10-15 Lt. Even after 20 times repaired and checked by engineers in TATA workshop at Alwar, the problem still persist. Even twice service engineer from TATANAGAR has also repaired the vehicle. Every time vehicle goes in workshop, workshop change 10-15 lt oil chargeable to me and gill assurance that next time they will change the engine.
I am suffering due to defective engine and engine is required to be changed without further delay.
As about 100 days in last one year, the vehicle remain in workshop for repair the engine.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly raise this use upto the highest level in TATA Motors and save my right

Now the above said vehicle fuel average is 4.0 K.M./Ltr. this is not tolrable by us/not ecnomy, but recently I have purchsed same model Four trucks from same dealer all four trucks fuel average is 6.50 K.M./Ltr. Thease chasis No. as under:

misuse of third party cheque

I (ASHWIN K. DUTIA) HAVE PURCHASED A NEW TATA MAGIC WHICH HAS A PROBLEM WITH ITS DIESEL PUMP FROM DAY ONE, WHICH HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY COMPANY(WASAN AUTOMATIVE, AKOLA). BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE(WASAN AUTOMATIVE, AKOLA) DENIES TO GIVE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME SAYING THAT COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW US TO DO SO.
WASAN AUTOMOTIVE HAS SENT THE SAME FOR REPAIRS TO AURANGABAD ON 28/2/2011 WHICH IS NOT RECEIVED BACK YET. THE SERVICE PUMP FITTED PROVISIONALLY IS ALSO A FAULTY ONE, WITH LEAKAGE. MY VEHICLE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY- STARTS AFTER 6 TO 7 STARTS, ENGINE STOPS WHEN ACCELERATOR RELEASED.
PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO.DOES THE COMPANY POLICY NOT ALLOW FOR REPLACEMENT OF PUMP UNDER GUARANTEE ???

misuse of third party cheque

That Director Shri Shersingh Shyamlal Yadav has been delivered a blank cheque book bearing serial no 91351751 to 91351800 duly signed by the other director for the purpose of purchase /finance of 11 trucks from Jaika Motors, Nagpur including the Truck owned by Prakash H Jain seized by them offered for disposal.

It has came to our notice from verification of bank statements that instead of utilizing the said cheques for the purpose of purchase /finance of Tata Trucks as above he has misutilised the cheques of the company in making payments to

Tata Motors by cheque number 91351755 Rs 414200/-, by cheque number 91351761
Rs 2153251 total Rs 2567451/-(Rupees Twenty Five Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty One)

from whom company BLUE PEARL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED has no business dealings or relations.
