Rude /unprofessional behaviour of dealer when I complained about delay in activation of my new Tata Photon plus device

Dear Madam or Sir
I have been a very happy customer of Tata Photon since many years.
On the 2nd April I procured a new additional device Tata Photon (MEID NUMBER A000004235B2E3) plus from one of your dealers Mr.Kamal who is based in Koramangla,Bangalore.His office and contact numbers are 080-66497729 & 09036121232
The device was delivered to my residence,all the required documents (id proof ,address proof and photos) were submitted to him.
Despite repeated calls and requests till date ,9 days later neither has been my device been activated nor is he bothering to answer my calls.
The last time when I did speak to him he was extrimely rude and unprofessional in his attitude.
It is extrimely unfortunate that I have had to face such poor post sales service and undergo such inconvienence.
I was misguided by Mr.Kamal when I procured the device that he shall ensure it is activated within 24 hours,this was one of the reasons why I procured the device in the first place as I needed an additional device while I was travelling as my existing device is in use by my wife.
An extrimely dissatisfied customer is expecting an early resolution to my complaint.

Billing Issue

bill payment not submitted by docomo representative

Hi team my photon number is 9243534045. In dec I discontinued the services and one of your reprentative called me and
Informed that I wont b able to pay mu last bill online as account is closed.
Henced he visited my office and I have paid him 1100 Rs which was due
In return he handed over a receipt. After one week I received a call that I have not
Paid my bill, when I have checked my receipt I have your representative have
Eraised the receipt number.

I have his phone number and name I will provide in this complaint. However my
Concern is how can I trust a company where my information is not in
Safe hands due to which I have to recieve unnecessary calls for payments which I have
Done.

I wanted to tell you guys I m not gona re pay as the information is leaked from
Your end for this fraudulent act.

Billing Issue

Hi Team,

My Photon plus number is 9240012827. I have been using this for 1 and half years.
On October month 2012 , i have requested to block by connection on temproary basis .
But later it has been released with out my knowledge.
Later i have paid for the month of November. Later again they have blocked my connection. But Now i have got the bill for the month of december and january . How i can pay without using the device,even which is in blocked status. just want to terminate my connection . Please let me know the process for this too.

Activation of Photon Plus

Hi,
I have bought Tata Photon Plus on March 8, 2013, but till date it has not been activated. I have got message stating local reference verification on March 13 stating my photon no as 9216025941. After that I haven't received any sms, email or call from operator. Kindly check and revert with the status of my activation.

And also please check the customer care log for how many hell number of times I tried to complain to you people.
