I had taken a Tikona network connection but while the tikona man come to check the signal he do not found any signal on my building but next day again he come but he do not get the signal so he request me that he is not getting signal in my building so he will inform to tikona then he remove all wire's & the Box which he had brought to install on my terrace the in march-2011 I receive a bill of Rs.1135.42 so I call tikona call center regarding what is this bill for they said we have not inform that your line is not activated it is computer generate bill I told them I will not pay this and again in month of April,2011 bill of Rs.605/- and in both bill's my uses charges show 0.00 I have the bill copy after that again I inform to their call center that I will not pay any thing for the same.
After this know on 20th Feb, 2012 I get a call from their legal department say that I am adovocate of tikona and you have pay Rs.2800/- I said the I cant pay this Amount then he told that I can settle this to Rs.2505/- but you have to pay by today it self which I have Paid through net banking my Service I.D. NO-1103232276, Transaction I.D. No-1103232276TPC200213160251 Paid at 4.20pm on 20th Feb, 2013. Please help me out for this the Internet which I have not used I had Paid Rs.2505/- I hope you help me get returns of my Amount. Thanks.

Like other guys in this thread I too recd call from so called Tikona lawyer from Delhi asking me to pay 3000 rs to tikona. I recd this call after 2yrs of disconnection due to poor service of tikona. I told this lawyer or whoever he was to do whatever he wants to do, because I dont owe anything to them. They just kept generating bills even after disconnection.

I also requested disconnection but they didn't disconnected even after so many calls, I was so pissed off from tikona connection. Then I decided to don't give them a dam. I used Tikona connection for 3 months without paying and then they disconnected automatically. The costumer executive and lawyer keep calling now and then but I don't give then a fu*k. U might think I did wrong but u know what if I'll pay they will start my connection which I don't want. They need 40 days for disconnection and even if someone get disconnected they still generate bills. Don't be afraid of lawyers. I am not a free loader. I just want freedom. I would pay if they can guarantee no bill would be generated. Till then I used 3 months for free and 90 gb of download. LIKE A BOSS...!!!

I am the victim of poor service & illegal management by tikona digital networks. My name is eknath dhauskar & I had registered for tikona internet services in september 2011.

I had used the service till january 2012 & raised the request to discontinue the service. The reason was of shifting to another location. I have paid my all dues before that.

The request no. Is 1-2120336991.

However, people from tikona service providers refused to discontinue the service on repeated requests & everytime gave me false reasons that the work is in progress for discontinuation. They kept on generating unnecessary bills for payment to the service. Whenever I told them that I am not using the service & already raised a request for discontinuation, they used to inform me that they will look into it & close the call. But bills keep on getting generated. I have '0' usage after disconnection request.

The phone calls I had received from tikona are only for payment of bills. There are no calls for any other request.
On repetitive reminders, one more request got raised (request no. Is 1-2169190199) but nothing new was happened. Tikona keep on generating bills month after another.

To add to this agony,2-3 months back I received call from the lawyer from delhi court saying tikona has raised case against me in delhi count seeking penalty of rs. 65000. After discussion, the lawyer told me that the penalty demand is incorrect & told me that he will advice court about this. He also told me to pay pending bill of rs. 1730 (which is illegally generated by tikona) to settle the matter outside the court. Court will order tikona to payback my money to me. I had paid the bill after that. On enquiring about this incident after few days, he suggested me that court has informed tikona legal department to pay rs. 1730 to me alongwith noc certificate.

I have not received any communication from tikona either by mail or on phone till now.
Kindly please help in this matter. I als want to spread awareness about this disgusting tikona service to every other citizen.
Please guide me about what to do next.

Please dont harass with peoples emotion and dont threat them by giving
a lawyers call...There are hundred of threads I have seen
regarding same situations. If we come together def you will be in
trouble. Even we got best lawyers in India to sue against you. Even
your own people dont trust yourself what the faith we can keep on you.

Please clear all the charges regarding 1101460094 or else I am going
to sue against you regarding my (& many peoples) mental torture.

So tell your lawyer not call once again or better be prepare for the
case against you.

Dear Sir, I had requested the Tikona Digital Networks to disconnect my connection 3 months back. They have taken NO action and kept on adding the bills for the three months. The bills however got accumulated and remained unpaid. After a period of 3 month a customer executive called up and threatened me to pay the bill and refused to give me his details. When I asked him as to why he was talking like that.. He replied that he had orders from his seniors to call up and threaten the customers!! He has also said that he would send his executive on monday (29th october 2012) to collect thhe money from me, inspite of me telling him that I will not be available at home!! My connection I.d is 1102698421 from kolkata..

Donot worry friends about the calls you are getting from so called "Lawyers". They are recovery agents and not lawyers..and second thing is that they cannot do any thing like what they are telling "fine and jail".

Keep your self cool and donot pay any amount.
All these call numbers are from Rajasthan and not from Delhi and all calls are fake calls...they are not real lawyers .
You need not fear bcoz if they somehow go to court then they will need to pay hefty fine bcoz its they on fault not we.

These things are totally unacceptable despite explaining the matter to the customer care and all the concerned authorities. Please don’t force me to file a case against that person. Otherwise things would be worse even though things sorted out between us. Please ask that person to stop making calls and ask for apology.
