I have paid annual subscription in the month of october 20112 for getting Times of India news paper (daily) vide order form no. NAL 010746, for the year 2013. Since April 15th onwards i am not getting news paper on day to day basis and in this regard i have made complaint to TOI, Nandanam office (overphone) 03 to 04 times. But no action has been taken till date.

Hence, the concerned department may take n.a. and supply the paper immediately.

Non Delivery of TOI News Paper

i have subscribed for this Times of India newspaper and initially for a few months, the papers were delivered early morning. subsequently, the papers were delivered after 10 am which is of no use as we leave for office at 9 am. after complaining to the Customer care, there was a little improvement. Now, the papers are delivered before 7 am but without supplement's viz. classifieds on Sundays, educational and appointments etc. to whom i should complain, kindly write to me.

My Subscriber no - 29670926. I have not received the newspaper since 28th of february. Your designated agent Mr. Loganathan ( as he claims) had collected the cheque for rs. 299 as subscription fee for 2013-2014 from me on 13th of february and gave a receipt with order number as 034849.

Since 1st of march i was trying to reach your call center team , but im yet to get a solution. once in 2 days some one from TOI
will call and confirm that the paper will be delivered the next day however the day is yet to come. Is this the way a reputed media treats its customer?? I've spent almost INR 80 rs in this month for getting the newspaper outside. The amount mentioned here might be very small, but my question is why should i pay this despite of paying my annual subscription regularly.

I need someone to check and ensure delivery at the earliest and a solution for the mental agony which was caused to me. Else i would be forced to take this issue at higher level.

I am not receiving TIMES OF INDIA NEWSPAPER REGULARLY AT MY HOME (REFER MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT)
Minimum 8 day maxium 12-13 days the above newspaper is not delivered to me.

Referring my order number, is it difficult to access the details from Times Of India Office ?

Why there is only one major complaints about Times Of India only at Chennai ? And why no other newspapers ?

My Name is Rajesh K Vyas ( NAI 033825) staying at Ambattur Chennai. The delivery boy not delivering newspaper Times Of India for nearly 10-12 days a month. Especially every saturday & sundays I don't receive newspaper at all. Latest 17th & 18th March 2013 I've not received paper. I'm wasting my money on phone calls to TOI Office Customer Care nandanam, Chennai might as well to the Ambattur In-Charge Mr Sangeeth Rao & Mr Nageswar Rao who has not taken any steps or not bothered to look into matter. TOI Nandanam Customer Care Office Chennai I have spoken every time when not received newspaperds and for this I've spoken with Miss Priya and Miss Raji too and brought this issue to their notice. Every time they give me consoling reply saying my Office top officials will speak to me & sort out this issue. But till writing this NOBODY contacted me from TOI Nandanam Chennai Office. I'am keeping track of my phone calls expenditure towards making calls to TOI Customer Care Office & Ambattur In-charge people. Every year the person who collects subscription is Mr Ramkumar who has come last week to get my subscription renewed. But when I requested him for above issue, he said, he'll talk with his office TOI Nandanam Chennai & come back. Till writing this complaint as on 18th March 2013 16:51 Hrs, neither TOI Office nor the Area In-Charge and Area Manager no one has contacted me back and not bothered for my plea. I am seeing many complaints posted here about non delivery of newspapers in various areas of CHENNAI.
WHAT IS THE NEXT COURSE OF ACTION ? Would request finally to top brass officials of TOI CHENNAI to look into this matter and I would certainly appreciate your reply, please. Please acknowledge.

Hello sir /madam,

I have subscribed newspaper on Nov 2012, and also i received a coupon from "THE TIMES OF INDIA GROUP" on 12/11/2012. In that letter it is mentioned as "Copy start Date 16/11/12 and subcription end date is 15/11/13"

Still I am not received newspaper (04/01/2013). And we tried to ask customer care number, there is no response.
