I took bus no 15 from Mira road station for Cinemax stop. I gave the conductor Rs.10 and he refused to give me the ticket if I didnt give change. I travel by bus thrice in a day and it is not possible to carry change everytime. After some time I again asked him for a ticket and he replied very rudely saying that he has already told me that I will not get a ticket without change. On insisting for a ticket he gave me Rs.6 ticket but returned only Rs.3 instead of Rs. 4. When I questioned him he snapped at me (being a lady I didnt expect such kind of a behaviour) saying that that is all that he can give since he didnt have change. I was travelling today i.e 23rd Dec 2012 at around 6.25 pm.The conductor was bullying the passengers saying he didnt have change and will not issue tickets without getting change. I request the authority to kindly question the concerned conductor and some action needs to be taken for his misbehaviour. Kindly revert on the action taken.

There is one specific driver of TMT Mira Road bus, scheduled around 5 : 45 AM from Thane West (Station). Previously I used to board the bus from the station itself, but now I take it from a nearby stop i.e. Tembi Naka. This driver never stops the bus at this stop, wherever if there is some other driver they do stop for the passengers to board. Today he did the same way, he skipped up my stop, the next minute I took the Kasar Vadavli bus, and got down at Kasar Vadavli, and waved a hand to the Mira Road bus who was just behind. But again at an official stop, he did stop the bus. This behavior of that driver is irritating and makes a waste of time everyday. I want to launch a complaint against him, kindly suggest the procedure, so that the fellow gets a lesson...like he is in a hurry...other are too...

Due to repairing works of mumbra railway station rd, bus are using mumbra railway station over head breeze.
Now, the road repairing work is over & bus can go from there. But, bus driver are not going from there. Why?
Kindly make arrangement for solving mumbra public complain. Because we are facing trouble from last two month.
Therefore we are requesting you to look in to the matter.

There is no regular service on rout no:-112(thane station to loda paradise)Why? We also pay bus fare but on virndavan rout in 1min. 4buses goes at that time.I request 2 managing committee 2 insure regular service on rout:-112.Plz arrange regular service so that public of lodha+majiwada+rutsmjee get better service 4m TMT.
