Electricity Cut Off often

Problem in Electricity and in a day at least 10 hours there is no power and several complaints has been posted but there is no answer from any of the concern and everyone are really suffering and specially physically challenged patients and there is no such as action from any of the higher authority.

Repeated power-cut timings

We here in Keelkattalai are getting Power cuts between 10pm to 1am (in Midnight).. other than usual power cut between 4pm to 5pm).
How you People (TNEB) can expect us to sleep..

my consumer number is 048003165, my region code 05(Madurai). i forgot password,when i tried in forgot password/user name section it shows invalid consumer number.please help me.

Online payment cannot be done for the current billing cycle

I was paying the online tneb bills regularly for the several months but this current cycle I am not able to pay the bill as I am getting the following message "New service no has been assigned. Use customer support option and update your service number."

Please let me know how to resolve it.

Rotation of power cut timings

It is requested that the power cut timings in different areas of Srirangam be rotated on a monthly basis. The residents of Netaji Street, Srirangam have been facing power cuts from 6 am to 9 am cotinuously for the past 5-6 months whereas other areas have power cuts from 9 am to 12 noon for th last 5-6 months. Please rotate the power cut timings between areas.

Rotation of power cut timings

Power cut is being imposed off & on at Netaji street, Srirangam from 6 am to 9 am for the past many months whereas many other areas are having power cuts from 9 am to 12 noon for the past several months. 'Though power cuts in the present situation are unavoidable, it is requested that a rotation of power cut timings be done for the different areas on a bi-monthly/monthly basis as was being done earlier.

Also i just click add service number then check details it says invalid consumer number... what can i do? So please kindly help me.

not coming and clearing the current problems even after 2 days of telephonic complaint

In my house the current has been cut suddenly due to heavy rain on 13-8-2012.After sometime the current was fluctuating.Then the whole day it didnt come.we called the anna nagar branch eb office in chengalpattu to come and clear our line connection problem.But their is no response from them.we have called them 5 times.they are telling that we will send a person.but till now no one came.i dont know what these people are doing.these two days we are suffering without current.please take necessary actions.

iam in trichy my meter was not working from Dec.2011. i filed a complaint immediately and they changed the meter on 31-07-2012.

In our street in Anakaputhur, Ramalingam street, MGR Nagar, the electric posts are erected in both the sides. The width of the road will be only 18 to 20 feet. No vehicle can come inside the street. The side where the drainage connection a big kaalvai next to that the electric post is laid leaving the vast space in the opposite side left blank. All the posts are laid in the left side and only one post on the right side which is very disturbing the vehicle coming inside the street.

Excess of Meter reading and Consumption charge


Reagrding the meter reading of the account 271:61:120 , last months they mention the avarage units, (but meter running properly) then this month the have put actual the reading without detecting the last months average unit, Now the consumption amount is very high. Please the see the mistake & rectify the same ASAP.
