Dear Sir
X tenant was used the tneb online payment option .Now they vacated and not giving the user is and password.now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment.If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

Rotation of power cut timings

It is requested that the power cut timings in different areas of Srirangam be rotated on a monthly basis. The residents of Netaji Street, Srirangam have been facing power cuts from 6 am to 9 am cotinuously for the past 5-6 months whereas other areas have power cuts from 9 am to 12 noon for th last 5-6 months. Please rotate the power cut timings between areas.

Rotation of power cut timings

Power cut is being imposed off & on at Netaji street, Srirangam from 6 am to 9 am for the past many months whereas many other areas are having power cuts from 9 am to 12 noon for the past several months. 'Though power cuts in the present situation are unavoidable, it is requested that a rotation of power cut timings be done for the different areas on a bi-monthly/monthly basis as was being done earlier.

Also i just click add service number then check details it says invalid consumer number... what can i do? So please kindly help me.

not coming and clearing the current problems even after 2 days of telephonic complaint

In my house the current has been cut suddenly due to heavy rain on 13-8-2012.After sometime the current was fluctuating.Then the whole day it didnt come.we called the anna nagar branch eb office in chengalpattu to come and clear our line connection problem.But their is no response from them.we have called them 5 times.they are telling that we will send a person.but till now no one came.i dont know what these people are doing.these two days we are suffering without current.please take necessary actions.

my name is r.muthuraaman. i am having a rice mill near tindivanam.i have 2 buildings in same survey no. due to situation i sold one building to my relative.the meter board is in the sold building. i want to shift service in the next building .i approached j.e. he demands me to pay for removing e.b. pole which will not be in use if my service connection will be given from some other e.b. pole near to that building.kindly guide me about charges for removing a e.b.pole.

UNSAFE POWER CONNECTION

In our street in Anakaputhur, Ramalingam street, MGR Nagar, the electric posts are erected in both the sides. The width of the road will be only 18 to 20 feet. No vehicle can come inside the street. The side where the drainage connection a big kaalvai next to that the electric post is laid leaving the vast space in the opposite side left blank. All the posts are laid in the left side and only one post on the right side which is very disturbing the vehicle coming inside the street.

Excess of Meter reading and Consumption charge

Sir,

Reagrding the meter reading of the account 271:61:120 , last months they mention the avarage units, (but meter running properly) then this month the have put actual the reading without detecting the last months average unit, Now the consumption amount is very high. Please the see the mistake & rectify the same ASAP.

fault after road dig up for metro water pipe line laying

Dear Sir.
On 27-07-12 Second main road ,Union Carbide Colony road was dug up for water line pipe laying .JCP used cut the cable giving power to our house.The EB staff came and joined the cable.After the power was switched on there was voltage fluctuations and loss of one phase .This was reported to the EB office at Madipakkam.on 28-07-12 (11.00Hrs)verbally.The official said that the joint would be the problem and that would be set right immediately . Till this time (16.10 hrs ) nobody attended the fault.

Please do the needful.

Unscheduled power cut

unscheduled power cut in our area-mahaveer nagar kolathur chennai 600099.EB authorities never mind the sleepless problem of school going children, just born babies, office goers and tablet taking elderly patients.More over AE/periyar nagar was irresponsible in addressing the issue and especially his talks to the ladies.pl do the needful and AUTHORITIES CONCERNED MAY ATLEAST EDUCATE AEs TO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Power Failure

IT HAS BECOME A REGULAR PROBLEM OF POWER FAILURE IN OUR AREA ALMOST AS THE AUTHORITY LIKES IT.WE ARE READY TO BEAR DURING DAY TIME. IT IS VERY HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY DURING NIGHT TIME.FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS POWER CUT DONE INTERMITTENTLY BETWEEN 10 PM AND 4 AM.FIFTEEN MINUTES OFF AND TEN MINUTES ON.MORE PATHETIC AND SORRY STATE IS WHEN THE AE/PERIYAR NAGAR WAS CONTACTED HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY COURTESY LESS AND UNBECOMING OF AN ENGINEER.HIS IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE IN REPLYING WITHOUT ADDRESSING TO THE ISSUE OF POWER CUT AND EXPLAINING THE REASONS THEREOF WAS, HE NEEDS TO SLEEP AND NO ONE SHOULD DISTURB HIM.RESIDENCE ARE MORE UNDERSTANDABLE OF THE PREVAILING POWER ISSUE.BUT IF IT HAPPENS DURING NIGHT, THE AFFECTED LOTS ARE SCHOOL GOING CHILDREN, OFFICE GOING LADIES/GENTS, TABLET CONSUMING ELDERLY PATIENTS ETC.WILL ANY ONE ADDRESS TO THIS PLEASE.
