Repair of Gyser booked on 9th NoV for 1 month

My name is Kunal Mayank, My mobile no. is 9811500573. I have Called Usha Customer care at 18001033111 on 9th Nov ' 2011 and booked to repair my USHA Geyser. But It's about a month and nobody came to repair it. I am chasing them on every 2-3 days , I am getting the same reply that it is already escaled to the concerned team. I am just fed up with the service provided by the USHA care.
