Subject:- Wrong transaction done by ICIC Bank Hosur (Transaction Id 088596 dt 01.10.10 for amount Rs 23642/)

Dear Sir,

Reference to subject I had purchase gold coin form ICIC Bank Hosur, that time i had paid payment by HDFC credit card 4346 7810 0996 6573.( Vishwas S Bhange) For amount Rs.23642.00 but transaction not being processed for payment, due to same reason i was paid payment on my HDFC Debit card no 4386243009255946 that transaction was done. But I have received Credit card bill statement that time I was found this discrepancy in my Credit Card account after that i was follow up with ICIC Bank Hosur Branch manager Mr. Rajesh (cell No 08056006438 )he had confirm this transaction will be refunded next 10 working days but till this is not refunded to my account.

I request to you please cancel this tractions which is done by ICIC Bank and refund the same.

For same transaction i am not able to pay this amount in this month Credit card bill payment. And also we will not pay financial charges.
