non refund of security deposit even after 60 days

I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY REFUND FRM VODAOFONE EVEN I HAVE CLEARED ALL THERE DUES AND CLOSED THEIR SERVICES TILL DATE FRM 1ST OF MARCH . HENCE I WNT U TO TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION ON THIS OPERATOR AT THE EARLIEST

Activated unlimited internet pack but being charged for phone no 9628333317 and then number blocked

Dear Kanik

I have activated unlimited internet pack on my vodafone postpaid number 9628333317 on 4/05/11 for my next billing cycle starting the same day. I have also received an activation SMS for the same. After that when I started using the internet my connection stopped. Later on when i confirmed online about my billing details on vodafone website I found out my bill has jumped to 8500 due to net usage. Also my number has been blocked.

Please look into the matter and correct my billing as soon as possible because I have been in serious problem as I am not able to use internet and on the top of that I am not able to dial or receive call. This has caused me a lot of problems.

I am very much disappointed with Vodafone and your customer care service I am saying this because that much hearted I am. I contacted several times to Custemer Care but still I didn’t get any reaction for solving my problem . I don’t know about all but some customer care executives languages are really rude to their customers some behaves good. I am saying with a lot of lot of disappointment and heart broken mind. You can provide unique offers but the most important and the most toughest is that of getting custemer’s support. I think most of the Vodafone customers left Vodafone due to this low class quality and careless manners of customer care service. I am stopping Vodafone. Thanks a lot 4 your great service…

unnecessary flash messages

5)Select Deactivation

unnecessary flash messages

vodafone has put the Flash message services for all the postpaid numbers by default without intimation to the customer. these messages are not for free of cost. customer will be charged with 3 Rs if clicks OK. These messages are very much disturbing. and to deactivate this service, the customers are being charged 3Rs unnecessarily. This kind of services should be stopped. Every company should respect the interest of the customers before burdening them with unnecessary default services. Please take necessary action against such service providers and save the customers.
Also it takes more than 10 mins before customer care exec picks up n speaks - AND they are charging 0.50 paise per 3 mins !!!!!!!!!!

abhi tak mene LOOP MOBILE, AIRTEL, DOCOMO network use kiya hai. aur uske problem ke liye unke gallery bhi gaya hun. waha customer ko respect dete hai. par VODAFONE gallery me Executive khud customer ko ulata jawab dete hai. Sion gallery do baar gaya dono din waha Zagada ho raha tha me waha maujud tha par galti executive ki thi. Prabhdevi me bhi aisa hi hai. rudely baat karte hai. problem agar 2-3 din me solve nahi hua toh customer chillyenge hi par woh group banake customer ke upar chillate hai. kal mene khud Aurat ke upar chillate hue dekha woh Farhan executive tha. I THINK EXECUTIVE SHOULD BE POLITE! par vodafone ke har ek gallery me zagda hota hai bcz of rudeness.

Mene 6th april ko naya vodafone card liya. 7th April ko GPRS activate karke 99 ka recharge mara. 7th april se vodafone gallery ja rahun abhi tak mujhe GPRS access nahi mila hai. wo keh rahe hai GPRS department se problem hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte.humne mail kiya hai. Par aajj tarik 13 mene kaha activate nahi ho raha toh mujhe refund de do woh bhi nahi de rahe.

CALL DIVERT not access

Dear Sir,
I would like to DIVERT all my incoming calls from my NCR number to Rajasthan number (active).I tried to activate CALL DIVERT but the error message appears REQUEST NOT COMPLETED.I have made many calls to vodafone customer care (total 40 mins) but it not works.

Please help me to get my all incoming call from my NCR number to currently Rajasthan number.

bad network n bad customer care

Misguiding information from Vodafone Customer Care

Hi,

My Vodafone number is 9582187456. I have choosen vodafone's VMC services and paid 699/- Rs for it. I called customer care about how to use this service and followed all instruction given by them, but after 1 month of usage they charged me around 2000/- Rs. I am continuously calling customer care regarding this but they put me on hold for long time which is some time than 20 mins and never come back again. Aslo they are not taking action on any of my inquiry or request.

I have called customer care many times but there is no satisfactory answer and even i mailed to the company customer care e-mail address but there is no reply from that side. I need the detail very urgently.

Inefficiency in Porting IN

I visited the page you suggested in your comment above. It asks for a Vodafone number madatorily. As I mentioned in my complaint, I want to PORT IN so I don't have a Vodafone Number!
