Dear Sir,
I was using a goldan Vodafone number prepaid -9587-786786
My name is shakil khan
My sim was not working so I visit at vms/vs/111/nodal they said that number has been swep from Vodafone distributer.
But I not request for sim replesment- port out and vms exe. Said that number (9587786786) was replaced 1-jan-2013 TIME-6.PM. by a M.R.ISHAK DISTIBUTER FARUK TELECOM CRM-SIM-9828217200 & 9828427267.
So I want to know that how it is possible as I am using a number so why my sim replace
This is my business number I am facing very problem and I am loosing my business.
So plz provide call detail 1-jan-2013 time 6.p.m. to 2.00 p.m. 2-dec-2013+sweping document+ M.R.ISHAK DISTIBUTER FARUK TELECOM CRM-SIM-9828217200 & 9828427267 is block & terminet urgent base
Sir last time my one prepaid number was also replaced by any another person on 1-dec-2012 number was 9610100786 name is salim khan so visited at VMS/VS/or nodal office for get this number again name of same name salim khan
Till now 34 days has been gone but no any proper salutation/answer not received from Vodafone . that was my business number and I am losing my business from 1-dec
Now 2 case has been over and 2 sim replacement has ben done with out any information
I waited about 35 days for your revert and get these sim card again but there is no any improvement about my these case so nw I am taking legal activation against Vodafone Company or CEO Mr. Anand Sahai for fraud SIM replacement . now I has been registered FIR today in police station /consumer court/Trai.
In last 30 days 2 sim replacement case has been happened with my self. I hope after these 2 case who was replaced sim card Vodafone will take legal action and will be terminate these guys .
These connection is running on my name if any person replace sim card and misuse my card and called to any terrorist.
So I have no any responsibility after 1-dec-2012 to till now and the responsible person will
1. Vishu Verma (9982868472 ) who has replaced sim card
2. Isak (9828217200 ) who has replaced sim card
3. Munir (9828427267 ) who has replaced sim card
4. Nodal Office (9828096211 )
5. CEO of Vodafone Anand Sahai .
I will wait today till 12.00 PM for your revert and with my both numbers and my lost money and lost business money.

Mobile Connection suspended
I purchased a Vodafone Sim connection - 9649505877 in month of May 2012 and was using it regularly for 6 months. On 1st November my Sim connection was suspended without any intimation. When called for reason, I was given different reasons by different consumer care executives and supervisors:
1. I have used my Sim to transfer balance illegally but no information was given when probed. I don't even know how to transfer the balance
2. I have used my Sim in fraud case but again no explanation was given. Why would I call back to start my connection if i have done a fraud.
3. I have more than 9 connections under my name at once but again no details were given. I had one Vodafone connection for mobile and one Idea as well as Airtel connection for Internet usage through data card. I never had more than two connections of Vodafone Simultaneously.
I was working in Jaipur and hence using the connection 9649505877. Then I moved to Pune in October 2012 for job change and applied for new Vodafone Sim 8408847763 which hasn't been activated yet.
I am in travelling job and right now I'm in Chattisgarh for official visit. My both Vodafone connections are closed and now because of this I'm suffering a lot. Customer Care executives are not giving right answers and supervisor gave me assurance that my connection will be activated within 48 hours on 2nd Nov 2012 but now they have allotted this number to someone else.

This number is harassing several days
Sir,
The Mobile No 8302382878 is disturbing me by sending me continue vulgar calls for last 6 months, So please take appropriate action against this Mobile number. If possible please provide me the calls details . I shall be highly thankful for your kind action in this regards.

Hi, dear sir,
I m customer of the vodafone for last 10 year's. We have sent you already one email but there was no response from your side this is again reminder message call from my side that i m using vodafone services for last 10 years but in the month of july 2012 they charged me 793.70/- for 79370 KB. This is unfair deal becoz this is hidden charges now in market in Rs 127/- there is 3 GB available then how can they people charged me high value of only 79370 KB..

mera mobile no vodafone9672984410 h meri credit limit 1000 rs thi kisi karan se mene pament nahi kar paya meri cedit limit 1000 rupees thi meri outgoing 700 rupees par band kar di fit incoming band kar di fir parmantly band kar di. pament collection vala pament ke liye aya to mene pament kar diya or bola ki pament clear kar lo muge is no. ki ab jarurat nahi ise fir se active mat karna . pament wale ne kaha sir nahi hoga. uske bad jese hi mera pament clear uva mera no. fir se active kar diya mere ko pata nahi tha 15 days bad me mere ko pata cla to mene custercare par phone kiya to unhone bola ki ap vodafone store par jaye apne docomet vaha de deve me store gaya to unhone mere ko 191 rupees ka charge bataya to mene bola mene phone use nahi kiya to me charge kyu do apne no active kyu kiya sir mere se 190 rupees le kar meri disactive compaint dali mere ko yah bahut galat laga sir iske virud ucit action leve

Outgoing call barred after payment
I am using the Vodafone Mobile # 7665166661. My last billed amt was Rs- 370.00 and my credit limit is Rs- 500.00. Last deposit date of my bill is 05 Feb 2012. I already made the payment of my billed amt i.e. Rs- 500.00 on 03 Feb 2012 at 6.30 PM. I called up customer care by my cell number at 8.00 PM and they told me that my payment was still in updation and told me to call the customer care again after 1 hour and also told me that they will process the request and provide me the regular services however when i again tried to call after 1 hour i found my outgoing to customer also got barred. When i called them again at 12:00 AM from different vodafone number, they told me to deposit more money to continue the service again. I am not happy with the service of Vodafone as I am regular customer and always make the payments in time. Please investigate this matter and provide me the resolution.
