Hi i am selvam i am using airtel past 8 yrs but last 2 yrs i am facing the network problem but i informed to customer care they said i informed to technical team but no proper response from your side.last 2 month airtel network is very very worst. please check the issue there is very slow network and net coverage is very worst one point for 4g handset

Network issues

Network issues facing everyday I'm trying to do myself with the help of setting but nothing doing work .my calls disconnect automatically i don't no why please do something for Airtel network problem. Otherwise i have no better option with the comparison of airtel.

Service related issues

Non activation of neteork( number)

Imy number is 9981000919. Earlier I had an add on number with this and the number was 09752530919. However I had requested for de consolidation of this number on 22 December 2018. However as per your customer care the number is decosolidated on 06 jan 2019. From 06 jan onwards the services from 09752530919 are not available.. The request for activation of service for this number is placed since 9 jan 2019 and after 7 days still the sevices are not being resumed. Every day whenever I call 121 your representative initially say that the numbers are not decosolidated. When I raise my voice requesting reason for delay they put me on hold and say sorry the numbers are decosolidated. Then when I say why the service's of 09752530919 are not available they instruct me to sw3 off the mobile and a switch it on again. Again when the services are not available.. They promise me that that perticular individual us expert in this field and only his system will resolve n promise me that the service will be resumed in another 24 hours. I want to know whether my numbers are decosolidated or no. Whether the service s
to 09752530919 will be resumed or not and finally will you take any action on those defaulters who could not failed to honour my request of activating services to 09752530919. I even doubt whet3 this letter will be read from your end.

Non actioning of requests

My number is 9981000919. I had/ have an add on number 9752530919. On 22 Dec 18 I had requested for de consolidation of the add on number. However it took 14 days to deconsolidat the number(*for Airtel it is 24 hours) However later on from 6 jan 2019 the services on 9752530919 is not available. From 9 jan 19 onwards everyday I am calli g up 121 the receiver informs me that the add on number is not been deconsolidat. When I raise my voice and ask the reason they put me on hold and say sorry sir the number is deconsolidat. When I tell them then the services for 9752530919 are not available then they say that as per the system services are active and tell me to remove the sim/ switch off mobile and switch it on again. This is routine from the initial complaint I have given. I want to know is it actually decondolidarion request is actio Ed? Why services to 9752530919 is not resumed. Also request to take a ton against all defaulters who could nt resolve the issue, giving wrong information everyday, and giving false promises and fooling the customer. Request listen to all the conversation from this number to 121 since 22 Dec 18. I even doubt whether this mail be read.... Addressed and all my points be actioned by Airtel for whom is 23 hrs is 24 days/months/or even years... U guyz only know

Company getting shock and shock At all other telecom company new new offer to there customer and better network data full speed calling facility to there customer ...airtel going cheat there customer i m recharged my number in olden days rs999 to life time free incoming now get lost in compare others no people getting in airtel bcz they dont gv better data facility 1 time recharge l unlimited pack my data in compare to jio youtube very fast getting low bcz i dont recharged my airtel unlimited pack ...kaun pagal hai k apna personal num recharged nhi karega agar wo sahi data chale toh airtel thug ....

Verification

I was migrate my number prepaid to postpaid at home. Your advisor completed whole process address verification also but till now my address verification is not done and i have need to start my number. Your services is very poor and your advisor also. I was wait of seven days. But now your response is your address verification is not done.please solve my problem fast.

Slow net and not working many times.

I have 4G mobile and I have an issue with only my new sim. It's not stable on 4G it switches to 3G or 2G and I' am not able to use my internet for which I pay ! Please solve it.

Prepaid mobile recharge

I had recharged my prepaid mobile No. 9936404331 on 08 Nov 2018 with a Pack valid for 84 days of unlimited local+STD calls+1.4 GB/day data+free national roaming+100 SMS/day. Now I have received a SMS from AE-ARWIMP on 29 Nov 2018 stating that Base tariff of my mobile has been changed wef 22 Nov 2018 and I am supposed to pay Rs.23 or more for 28 days validity or else opt for unlimited recharge from my main account. I have not understood this new SMS as the validity of my Pack is up to 31 Jan 2019 and why this change is affected for my mobile. Kindly clarify this immediately or else I have to approach the consumer forum for this breach of trust by the company.

Worst internet

My 4g network signal was totally full but the internet speed was simply waste. I can't even browse for small details. Worst internet speed than 2g. Scine 3-4years I'm loyal customer of Airtel after experiencing this issues I'm going to switch to some other network. I'm so irritated! If this issue was not solved I will change my network to Jio, kindly help for Your customer's please. I'm From Teynampet, Chennai (near semozhi poonga).

Poor network

Respected sir,the Airtel's network is very poor in my location. I am not able to call or text with this Airtel's sim. The network is that much poor in my location. My family members are also using this network. The internet is also very slow. I called many times to your customer care but I couldn't get any solution. So please consider my complaint and please provide your network.

Very Worst Internet Speed

I'm getting a very bad speed of Internet.... Signal shows 4G but the speed of internet worse than the 2G..... How U can say that Little is the Best Network.... In my Home we are using 3 airtel Sims..... We spend monthly 1000 rupees for pack.You guys are getting good income but providing bad internet speed.... I hope you will make a change in networks speed.... If it doesn't happens.... We are going to switch for another services...... Thank You
