Slow net and not working many times.

I have 4G mobile and I have an issue with only my new sim. It's not stable on 4G it switches to 3G or 2G and I' am not able to use my internet for which I pay ! Please solve it.

Morning to till now I contact 198 number but still now not connected the customer care... Am very upset for u r service pls rectify my issue and reply to me...

Prepaid mobile recharge

I had recharged my prepaid mobile No. 9936404331 on 08 Nov 2018 with a Pack valid for 84 days of unlimited local+STD calls+1.4 GB/day data+free national roaming+100 SMS/day. Now I have received a SMS from AE-ARWIMP on 29 Nov 2018 stating that Base tariff of my mobile has been changed wef 22 Nov 2018 and I am supposed to pay Rs.23 or more for 28 days validity or else opt for unlimited recharge from my main account. I have not understood this new SMS as the validity of my Pack is up to 31 Jan 2019 and why this change is affected for my mobile. Kindly clarify this immediately or else I have to approach the consumer forum for this breach of trust by the company.

Worst internet

My 4g network signal was totally full but the internet speed was simply waste. I can't even browse for small details. Worst internet speed than 2g. Scine 3-4years I'm loyal customer of Airtel after experiencing this issues I'm going to switch to some other network. I'm so irritated! If this issue was not solved I will change my network to Jio, kindly help for Your customer's please. I'm From Teynampet, Chennai (near semozhi poonga).

I am going to transfer my number to jio or idea because airtel is giving worst service as never before .. Facing soo much problem while browsing on internet .. If the company will remain same in this networking problem then slowly and slowly everyone will start quitting airtel .. worst company in networking nowadays

Poor network

Respected sir,the Airtel's network is very poor in my location. I am not able to call or text with this Airtel's sim. The network is that much poor in my location. My family members are also using this network. The internet is also very slow. I called many times to your customer care but I couldn't get any solution. So please consider my complaint and please provide your network.

Very Worst Internet Speed

I'm getting a very bad speed of Internet.... Signal shows 4G but the speed of internet worse than the 2G..... How U can say that Little is the Best Network.... In my Home we are using 3 airtel Sims..... We spend monthly 1000 rupees for pack.You guys are getting good income but providing bad internet speed.... I hope you will make a change in networks speed.... If it doesn't happens.... We are going to switch for another services...... Thank You

Poor network

I got a new airtel sim card . The network strength shows H+ but the speed is very low as like 2g . And I try to connect to the customer care but its not connecting though . And they took 7.Rs from my account this morning . I hate your service . Call me to 7339558406 . Solve the problem or I'll shift to other services . Poor customer service and poor network .

Airtel- The worst network provider

Airtel is the worst of the worst network provider. I've never seen such bad service from any network provider.

I've subscribed for 1.4 GB /day and now for a whole day I have 0 data reception. Vodafone provides better services than your network. I'm grateful for having voda as a substitute. If I can't use my data in the middle of a metropolitan city, what should I expect in villages???

NETWORK NOT WORKING

HELLO AIRTEL,

FROM PAST 2 DAYS THERE IS NO NETWORK AT THE CENTER OF CITY IN PUNE.
WHEN WE CHECKED ONLINE IT SHOWS GOOD DATA AND EXCELLENT VOICE NETWORK BIT THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG.
YOU ARE PROVIDING INCORRECT DETAILS ABOUT YOUR NETWORK.

WHEN CONTACTED TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE THEY ONCE SAID THERE IS NO ISSUE AND ONE PERSON SAID THAT IS THE POOR NETWORK. SO IT IS CLEAR THEY ARE GIVING CONTRADICTING ANSWERS. THEY ALSO GIVEN ANSWERS LIKE IT WILL TAKE TIME UPTO AUGUST END TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

MY LOCATION IS YERWADA PUNE 411006.LET .ME KNOW IF AIRTEL PUNE TEAM IS NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE SO WILL MOVE TO NEXT LEVEL.

I HAVE DONE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FOR VOICE CALL AND NETWORK REGARDING BUT RESULT IS ZERO FROM YOURSIDE. WHEN I CALL (INCOMING OR OUTGOING) THEN MY VOICE NOT GOING PROPERLY BUT SECOND PARTY VOICE 100 % CLEARED, I HAVE CHANGED SIM OR MOBILE SET {LENOVO K3 NOTE} BUT RESULT IS SAME WHENEVER CALL DONE BY AT HOME OR ANOTHER PLACE.
I HAVE IDEA SIM ALSO WHEN IDEA SIM PUTS INTO THE SLOTS 1/2 THEN MY ALL CALLS GIVES OPTIMUM RESULTS.I AM SUFFERING A LOT OF PROBLEMS SINCE LAST 2/3 MONTHS REGULARLY.
