regarding bill

I have been charged extra in this bill cycle. My 149/- tariff plan was cancelled without asking me and without informing me. This caused my bill to rise.
I didnt receive any prior message regarding deactivation of my 149/- tariff plan.
Please adjust my bill according to this plan.

I received a call on January 2015 from 01149324500, the person name was Rahul, his personal number is 8285716874. He informed me about the postpaid plan for Rs.249 rental with benefit of 800 local & STD minutes, 200 local & STD messages and 1gb 3G data. After confirmation, he asked that there is a security of Rs.250 that will be adjusted in bill.I convert my two numbers from vodafone to airtel postpaid & pay rupees 500 as security fees. Now, when the number gets converted, what I got is.. plan of Rs.299 monthly rental that includes 540 minutes and 270mb 2G data only.Now his personal number is switched off. The address mentioned on fees slip is BROADWDIN PACHIM ENCLAVE, 2ND FLOOR, MAIN ROAD NEAR PEERAGARHI METRO STATION DELHI. Kindly take some action against this.

Sir my name is Mr.Saikumar, My postpaid Mob No.9177263332, bill plan Super 3g combo 424 plan, with 1 GB internet free, after then 2g data release, but last moth bill Rs.2013/-, i asked costumer care center he tell the 3g data 1 GB free, after then 2 G data chargble, but my plan changing time he is not telling the this clarification, but now is coming the problem,i asked the 3g 1 gb after bill waver. so many times complants, the late payment charges.

Porting of my Mob. No

I have opted for porting of my Vodafone number 992029981 from Vodafone to Airtel. Accordingly my Vodafone services are discontinued from 24/01/2015.However airtel sim is not activated upto date (i.e. 27/01/2015.The sim provided flashes the message (Registration Failed).Ihave been contacting the persons who have assured for the same. But no one is responding..
Please look into the matter.

Need to activate the Postpaid number

My Airtel Postpaid numbers are 9971799811 and 9971716766 . I moved to another Country for sometime. I am finding hard time to activate the number from the customer care as they discoonected the number. I am paying all the generated bills and also I paid the bill generated last month. They said all the bills are cleared but still customer care cannot activate the numbers and I need to visit the Home airtel office. Its not possible to visit the home country and I need the number to be activated asap. I need the number as I am out of teh country and all my connections and necessary information are received on that number. I request you to look into the matter and activate teh number urgently.Please let me know regarding the above.

Discontinue data services

I am a postpaid cust for more than 2 years with no. 8130585151 mail id amitgupta6985@gmail.com.I tried to contact your customer care from last 5 days,have tried around 10 times,everytimes due to system upgradation my query regarding discontinuation of 2G pack@175 for 1 month has not been resolved .From 26th new billing cycle will start and i know you people will impose the charges,but since i have tried 8 to 10 times and it was purely failure from your end i am not going to pay any charges if any will impose in my bill and i will file the same to consumer court

deduction of balance

Sir . Iam using airtel number i.e 8872916700 from last year when ever
I recharge i got my balance & i use these balance but on 20.01.2015
My balance was 65 rupees . 0n 21.01 .2015 i shocked to know that
all my balance i.e 65 deducted by ur company without any reason .
I again recharce 0n 23.01.2015 . Of Rs . 100 & i got 95 Rs. I just cal
Only two times & my remaining balance after call is 92Rs . Today
When i used to call thn i am very shocked to know that my balance
Low that is only 1 paise . I immadiately call customer service hom
Talk satisfied me & told me about using internet when i make clearification
That i use number not ob internet even a single time then how ur Company
Activate this internet service automatically on my number . Today even i
Am not even a single call then how u deducted 92Rs . Then he does not
Listen my problem & disconnecty call
So i request u to look into this matter as earlier as possible . Kindly refund

To get the cash back

I am the user of the no 9970037943 ,I have recharged online of Rs.90 on date 8 january 2015 and txn ID 743894. The money had been deducted from my bank account but till now it was not refunded. I want you guys to look into this matter .
and I had made a complaint on www.airtel.in and my reference no is PR010800298 also but still no response.

Landline phone not working

My Airtel landline no. is 040 40153264, this is dead since early hours this morning, I.e. 24th Jan. please rectify this ASAP since there is a wedding and other functions in the family. I tried the phone numbers given many times and the response is the lines are busy, please try after sometime. Hence this mail.

I bought a postpaid sim(9894333210: Vanisrivasudevan) on April 2014 , i used that at 3 months then i requested to customer care , please change postpaid to prepaid they said paid outstanding amount i would also paid on july . But i have received the bill again in september 2014. again i gone to airtel show room and asked about that bill ,they said your requested form till not reach head office , you would paid the last outstanding amount we would change to prepaid ,i also paid on sep 2014.
But today again i have received the bill after 4 months amounting Rs 1500 something.
As informed by your customer care executive that the postpaid to prepaid request was not updated in the system due to which the number has been activated again, and this is not my problem if your customer care department has not updated in their system. I will not pay this amount.
I have all bill and i have not pay that amount please deactivate my postpaid sim

Zero service of connectivity

I have recharged my data sim no. 7022217089 from Airtel out let located at Brigade Road, Bangalore on 3rd Jan 2015. After all request, as on date zero response . I may request all reader to stop taking connection with Airtel and also disconnect existing connection and go for other service provider.

Dear Concern,

I was using airtel postpaid connection (8800897724) which i requested for the cancellation in the month of November-2014 and i have received the cancellation confirmation call and for which i was supposed to pay the amount of Rs 2,000. I have paid the amount of Rs. 2,000 on 28-November-2014. After that i have not used that number and the Sim card card was damaged by me only.

But today again i have received the bill after 2 months 15 days amounting Rs 962.

I am not gonna pay this amount and i just want to know the reason why this number has been activated again without any information and why would i pay the amount if the connection was being deactivated. As informed by your customer care executive that the cancellation request was not updated in the system due to which the number has been activated again, and this is not my problem if your customer care department has not updated in their system. I will not pay this amount as paid by me last time of Rs 2,000 without usage.

Kindly update me on my alternate mobile number ( 8800875124).

Loss of Airtel Sim

Dear Sir,
Yesterday I was at Digha market in patna,bihar in the morning hours.After around 11.00 AM I realised that my mobile was missing.I don't know whether it was lost or stolen or misplaced.I feel I should report it to your office so that immediately my sim may be stopped so that it may not get misutilised.The SIM was in the name of my relative which I don't recollect exactly.The number was 8757370513.When I am calling at my number ring tone is going on but nobody is lifting it.Please help me sir to block the sim number immediately.

Deactivation of roaming charges for Rs.75/-

As i have activated roaming charges in December,2014, But on January 1st i have deactivated the roaming charges but when i made a call to customer care the person named sumer singh denied that service is still not deactivated and he was not responding properly and talking very rudely, so please deactivate and for this i will not pay in feb month bill. If this amount will include in the bill of Feb., then i am not going to continue this connection at all.
