Battery backup problem

Hi act team,

Now adays act is not working as expected,we thought since we can connect even though power will not be there but it wont. Worst service no body picking the call for listen your issue also.one should not go for it , initially they will say lots of commitment but in real it will not like the same.for new customer please dnt take connection.

Hi,
I am a new customer of act fibernet. The connection was activated for me 6th July 2015 and I was able to connect to internet only on 8th July. On 9th I registered an issue that I am not able to connect to internet. Not even the act login page is opening. Called the customercare several times. They said there is a problem with the junction box and will be resolved by 12th July EOD. Its 13th July 00 hours and the issue exists. I am still not able to connect.
Is this the kind of service you guys provide. Firstly my plan is activated for last 6 days and I am not able to connect to internet for 5 days. So for what I am paying. Are you guys going to increase the length of the tarrif period. Else I really need to think of asking my money back. There is no call not even a single message form ACT that when the issue will be getting resolved.

poor uptime of network

We have been experiencing poor levels of uptime of the network and just this month we have experienced hardly 50% of uptime, coupled with inordinate delays in rectification and restoration of the network. Even reaching customer care takes 5-10minutes of wait time which is unacceptable. Fiber to Home is a good concept but with such exposed overhead cabling leads to fiber cut which is the most common reason for downtime of the network. The package offers high levels of Download and Upload capacity but what use would it be of, if the network goes down so frequently and each occasion takes 2days or more to resolve a complaint. Ridiculous in todays time and age.

Looking forward to exit from this Service Provider.

waiting for the new connection

i have been waiting for my new connection .. i had mentioned to the executive that it is urgent for me .. i have not heard from them yet.. neither are the ACT ppl cancelling my application and refunding me my money nor are they getting me a connection.. even after repeated calls i have not got the connection.. this is not good customer support .. my customer iD - 1222276.. why cant you guys be prompt on your timelines.. if it is not possible to provide a connection then just don make a customer wait.. Please return my money.. i am done with ACT!!!!!

worst customer care service

My name is Dr.phanindra babu from Vijayawada...I am writing this complaint regarding your customer care service.actually the complaint is that my WiFi is not at all working since 3 days and I have been trying your customer care service since then and it is saying like customer care service members are busy and whom to complain then and I am wexed with your bloody irresponsible service and I am posting this mail to everyone of my friends and everyone I know and in the social media I know and I am very much dissatisfied with your services.Please consumers don't encourage these type of service providers..

delay in instalation

We had placed a request for an ACT broad band connection on 29th June 2015 for BLAZE plan & submitted all relevant supporting documents & fee on the spot were collected & an account No: 1221318 was allocated and accordingly on July 2nd got confirmation for the said request & the amount paid was also acknowledged
However we are shocked to state that as on today i.e. 10-7-2015 (even after 10 days). We are yet to get an active connection and all my efforts to get the connection yielded no results. I have been frantically calling umpteen numbers shared by some of your ground staff & my repeated calls to your call center number 42840000 on July 6th & 7th to escalate the issue for needful has proved a waste of time. Only to be told to wait for 2 more days each time I called. A complaint no.0005080617 was shared with this regard with no action.

It’s been over 10 days & your team has utterly failed in completing the activation process. The team members don’t have the basic decency even to respond calls or to reply to sms. The team is pretty happy with the processes than the ultimate result because it’s been 4 days after the fiber is pulled in, box put & just awaiting activation. This show utter callousness on the part of the concerned staff.

Unauthorised Cable wiring

Hi team,

I am writing to you from Sri Nilaya,Survey # 89,8th Main Hoysala Nagar,Horamav,Bangalore-560016.

We have some unauthorised ACT broadband cable wries being served connnection from our building terrace to individual houses around the building.

This was never authorised by any resident in our building and we strongly disapprove this.

We tried calling the ACT customer care representative and the response we received was very rude.They simply said that they are not going to do anything to remove those wires and threatened by further asking us to do whatever we can.It was shocking.You people are into a customer service industry and this kind of attitude was really not expected.We have 40 houses here in our building and most of them have ACT broadband.However with such a response we are now thinking whether we chose the right service provider.

Nevertheless we still strongly beleive that our complaint will be heard ASAP and expect someone to visit our building to remove those unauthorised connections.Please reach us to the following numbers:

Worst Customer service from ACT Fibernet from both Customer care and technician people, They simply resolve the issue that customer raise but no workaround.
They don't have proper ETA also. Simply wastage of money just for sake of getting higher speed. Better go for Airtel at least they listen to Customer.

I am facing this problem from past 2 weeks, and everyday i call to customer care people. they do not have higher level escalations for the issue. They will talk that issue will resolve in 2 days but no use.
Imagine the pain of customer, everyday customer needs to call when power back up is not there.

I had very bad experience from ACT Fiber net in Bangalore.
While getting new connection they will talk big things but at the installation time they didn't do installation of battery. I am struggling form past 2 weeks to get it done. But Customer care executive says the ticket is Resolved but I don't get resolution. I have re-opened the ticket 5 times but no luck. They are all telling lie.

I raised refund request on 15/06/2015 its 09/07/2015 till date I dont have any update on the request. some one called me on 02/07/2015 about the amount I dint agree with them as the amount was not calculated correctly. till date I dint receive any call from the ACT FIBERNET. when I send emails they send confirmation they we are looking into it how long does it take to refund the amount back. now I want to proceed through consumer forum if I do not get any responce from you guys. below are the ticket numbers for your reference.
