ACT Service Sucks

My Customer id is 153380. I had an argument over improper billing with an ACT representative and then they kinda gave me a breakup of the Invoice. Apologizing me for their mistake. But, when the invoice was generated the same story repeated. Now, it is become a routine to call the customer care and raise complaints. They have even slowed down my internet speed and I do not get the promised 30 Mbps for which they have charged me. I now have to live with this garbage connection for another month due to the prepaid policy. I must say their service sucks and would not recommend anyone to even try this operator. You will be cheated eventually and have to go through their unprofessional service. And off course the trauma associated with it. Be smart.. cos their service really sucks!!

Absolutely unprofessional... pathetic... And Customer can never ever get good service from ACT cos of their arrogance.. They should be taken to task by the grievance cell and strict action taken..

Totally Wrong Information and extra money taken.

Hi,

This is Sourav.I have called 22nd June for a new connection to ACT customer care. And got call back from one sells guy on 24th June morning. I don't know the name of the guy but his phone no is "08884495064" and email id is "[email protected]". He came on 24th June and took all documents from me and give a from to me for filled up. I was interested to take Rs. 899/- plan. But the guy told me that i cannt take that plan for 1st installation time. I have to take Rs.1049/- plan but i can change my plan to Rs. 899/- after 5days of activation of my internet.
After that i have waited for 3 days to get the internet connection and finally on 27th June i got the connection after calling at least 20 times to Customer care and the sells guy. Now after 5 days today 3rd July when i called the customer care to change my plan to Rs. 899/- plan then they are saying that is not possible for this month as the bill is generated. So, I have to pay some extra money for that.
now my question is that is it really not possible to take Rs. 899/- plan for 1st installation time or the sells guy just bluff me and took my money. and If not possible then why its not mentioned on the website? Why the customer like me are cheated by wrong information passed by sells guys.

Internet is not working

This is Praveen Jain with id [email protected]

I cant access beam portal page. When I try to access, I only get a blank page (not beam portal page) with just the password field in the center and it does not accept either my ACT password or my router password.

I had the same issue before my connection was activated on June 28. And just after 3 days I have the same problem.

Please take care of the problem ASAP.

When I had this problem previously and I clearly mentioned this on the call, you guys had sent the cable guy every time I called and he in turn left without resolving and mentioning that it is a technicians job. So please send the right person.

2 weeks ago i have complained the issue for disconnection and after 5 days of the complain date issue was resolved but again 2 days before i got the same issue and complained the same but till now no services .


i agree that your package with net speed is good but if we need to recharge our cell with 4 GB(500rs approx) for not getting net then why should i pay (1000) in amonth :( .

please solve the issue and please make the service fast then ACT will be the best

No service

Hi Act team,

You guys are very bad at service.
First of all I would like to thank you for barring my number from your service because every time I make a call to you customer care center it is put on hold (30 minutes and still no response) , I have tested it with other numbers and it works there.
Because of this I'm not able to register a complaint for no internet connection. But some how there are regular calls from you guys reminding me to pay me Bill.

Here is my complaint (assuming that you at least respond here , since there is no response from the email to helpdesk anyway ) I'm constantly getting disconnected from my internet. Even the portal page is not coming up. I'm facing this issue everyday that lasts for 4 hours ,yes 4 freaking hours and also no customer care from your side. Please fix it.

WORSt service

i had made the payment for connection 14 days ago and i got the connection today. i was happy and using it for a while downloading song(roughly 3 hours). now the internet is not connecting, not even the ACT website is loading.
first of all i was angry for taking so long for connecting and now no connection, please sir solve the issue as soon as possible because i work from home for my office. hope ull understand my situation and work fast on the problem.

Worst worst worst service

I have made several complaints fro,m last 45 days , the issue is not resolved

in a week i spend 5 hrs to call help desk, but those people says we will resolve , but never .
