No connection even after full payment

Act corp formerly known as Beam telecom.

Hi Act corp team,

Please help me understand whats the problem.

At first it takes so much of time for you to change connection from one address to another.

Again i have to visit to your himayatnagar office to get the same done.

Again request you to come and collect the payment.

Now after full 6 months of payment - 4017 rs, your internet connection asks for payment.

And the services are stopped. Is that a joke.

I am stuck with my office work now.

You call center number - 040-66272727 doesn't work.

MY NET CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING FROM PAST TWO DAYS. PLEASE GET THE SAME RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE I KNOW HOW TO GET THE SAME DEALT.

I WANT THE SERVICES TO BE RESUMED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

This is Rajesh.
I raised the compliant 4863894 on 13-Jun-2015 and from day one they have been closing the issue as resolved each time.
I have reopened the same ticket 5 times & each time some person from customer care says the same thing : "This will be resolved As Soon As Possible".
But next day they simply close the ticket saying its resolved.
They haven't sent any technical person to our home to check the connection till today.

More over on 18-Jun-2015, I went to ACT Fibernet office @ Indiranagar, to escalate the issue. It was 8:30 PM and they say they don't have any technical person to check the issue currently & will check in the morning.
I got a Manager name & contact number from office & talked to him. He promised me this will be resolved by today(19-Jun-2015) without fail.
He raised another request 4906626. He too failed to send a technical guy to check the issue.
I am just wondering, how come when a new connection is to be provided, the service is till 10 PM, and while the same is not available for an issue resolution ?

Previously I had referred people to this service and I feel for it now. Nowadays you guys are only concerned about your growth and least bothered about customer satisfaction.

I hope at least through this mail my issue will be resolved.

Considering that it is a prepaid service, these days of no connectivity is already paid for and will not be discounted in the next bill

No internet for past 4 days

No internet for past 4 days

I have given a complaint that internet is not working at my home. Many times i called the customer care , reply comes all customer executives are busy try later. there no kind of resolution from their end.


Useless call center service system, pathetic escalation and waste of time

If i call some executive working in the ACT, they are saying call customer care. we are not into failure issues.

I have given a complaint that internet is not working at my home. It is a week now, there no kind of resloution from your end.


Useless call center executives, pathetic escalation and worst of all arrogant Escalation manager.
I have been calling you guys almost every day to provide an update on my tickets. I have requested for a call back from the manager. But till today noboby has called back. More over nobody has the status of the call why it is being pending for so many days.

Slow connection

This is my second complaint in 5 days. Internet speed shows 2 MBPS even though promised speed is 30. Secondly I have inverter at home. When there is a power cut even though my house runs on inverter and router is on, I get no internet

no internet connection for 11 days

No internet for over 12 days
Ticket ids raised for the no internet connection at my home : 17365178, 17337720,17324498, 17324532
After 2 - 3 days, one ticket is closed automatically and when I call they open a new one. Not even one phone call forget about Technician visit.

Useless call center executives, pathetic escalation and worst of all arrogant Escalation manager.
I have been calling you guys almost every day to provide an update on my tickets. Every time I have to wait for 45 to 60 mins to get to speak you, all I get is within 24 hrs it will be done.

I have not seen more useless / immature service desk ever
Hats off to your thick skin and care a devil attitude.

P.S : I am not expecting any response forget about resolution.
I am just posting this so that other uniformed customers will not get cheated with their money and peace of mind.
