ACT Refund Disconnection

My ACT account number is ############ .I have placed the disconnection request/Refund request on 10th july by emailing to [email protected] as their customer care number always comes busy or sometime it keeps you waiting for more than 30 mintues and then suddenly disconnect. From 1 july to 10th july i was keep on trying to connect act customer care but it never connects and the worst part is that you will be keep on hearing that all customer care executive are busy for 30-45 min and it disconnects. I have wasted nearly 1 hour for 10 days.Then i thought of emailing the nodal officer ([email protected]) or appellate authority might help but still no reply from them although i got replies from help desk with some SR number which was created for me and it will be resolved in some time with any actual action. Everytime they will close the SR in 1-2 days without even calling or doing anything .Its been 8 days i am sending email to act everyday amd will get some new SR that's all .The biggest mistake i did is i paid advance of 6 months which is 8476.89 and now i used Internet only for 1 month and it does not look like i will be able to get any refund . I don't know what to do for refund as i have tried all the possible ways.

Employee Bad behaviour

After paying the advance for 6 months they are not responding and saying we will initiate the refund but it's been more than 15 days there is no response from the act team and when I call them, they always tell escalation team will call but they never call back. And the employees never behave properly with the customers. They behave as they have done the favour on us by giving the connection. I have used the act connection before but I never faced this kind of issue. I think whoever is handling this area company need to take look back again for them. They need to hire good professionals not the ones like with whom I met. He was so rude when I asked him about the issue he was like " I can't do anything you need to connect to the call centre", when I call at the call centre they are like escalation team will call. Staff is irresponsible

The net is completely disaster...a simply waste of money...it doesn't work at all nor it's staff members...strongly recommend not to go for ACT.....every other day problems will be faced....and the staff is highly incompetent....they harass their customers.

SR1078677708083 - Unhappy with the response of Vizag Team as they dont even call and its been 15days I am having an issue

This is the worst service anyone could receive in Visakhapatnam. Usually the Hyderabad & Bangalore team is the best as a better service is provided.

However, in Visakhapatnam I have raise a complaint by customer care for which I explained the issue in mother tongue and couldn't raise a simple complaint which now got delayed for more than 15 days. I lost my internet connection.

Is there anyone from ACT Fibernet who can help me in this regards as I have respect for the other city departments as they work as per tickets and their resolution matrix which doesn't happen at all with Vizag team.

They close tickets without informing customers and when a customer reopen a case they call and say don't reopen we will send persons to your site immediately and that immediately now has happened for more than 10 days. So what I understand is this is done on purpose.

Refund not initiated

I have paid for my new connection under the telephone number registered 9886718807.

Since there was a delay in installation I have decided to cancel and submitted my request.


The amount paid was Rs.7500 /- dated 17th June and we are in july now still I have not got my refund.


Made multilple calls to the customer care and infact spoke to the billing team Mr.Vijay who is available at Racecourse road office ,Bangalore
Only once he has answered my querry and told that it would be addressed in 24 hours but this has happened 7days before and no response there after and he had stopped taking my calls now.


What is the status of my refund ,when I am expected to get the same.

Regarding connectivity issue

The worst response I ever had in my life goes to you ACT people.You ppl don't ever bother about customers issue.well done.I paid 5000 and subscribe to 1 year pack.i got internet for one hour roughly .I raised issue to on 8 July and technical came to resolve it he came and playing pubg and went back.the other day i.e,9 July he didn't come.this went along to this day,12th July .your customer care people are such a dumbass people,I told them to shift the connection to front house where we have empty ports.they are saying "it's very hard to do it you don't know ".why I need to about your work.if you people can't do it .why you people are paying salary to this dumbass people .Each day iam asking them to resolve my problem .Today,12 July your dumbass technician came he don't even know where to start he is fixing problem of guy who didn't even gave complaint.This is going with ACT people in my area.Hope this message should be forwarded to ACT CEO .If 12th July .your customer care people are such a dumbass people,I told them to shift the connection to front house where we have empty ports.they are saying "it's very hard to do it you don't know ".why I need to about your work.if you people can't do it .why you people are paying salary to this dumbass people .Each day iam asking them to resolve my problem .Today,12 July your dumbass technician came he don't even know where toyou don't know how to solve this issues I will give you some suggestions to decrease this type of complaints in an organized way .

Installation Not Done

Installation Not Done

I have Applied for new connection and paid payment on Saturday i.e july 6 2019 and installation was scheduled on Tuesday i.e july 9 2019 and its Friday it is not yet done. I have called multiple times to the executive and Customer care they asking 24 hours time, every time I call.

New Connection is pending

I have applied and paid the amount for ACT connection on 1st July 2019 but still the connection is not provided to me after completion of 10 days.


Actually I have called customer care on everyday and booked the service call that then connection is not done till yet.

Worst service

Actually I have called customer care on 30.06.2019 and booked the service call that i want to relocate the connection from one floor to another. But till now no response from your side. I have made several calls to customer care and every day they are telling that today the service engineer will come. But they are not at sharing the mobile number of service engineer. At least they can share the mobile number of customer to service engineer. Very worst service I have ever seen.

Payment done but Installation Pending

Dear Act Fibernet,

This is my bad experience with ACTFIBERNET that your sales executive guys are using very bad approach with customers for activationg new internet connection as they do fake and wrong commitments.

Sales Executive- Manish-9205590808 and Mahendra-7303392022.

As they asked to do payment which we have already done now multiple days went away but installation is still pending and they are asking us to pay separately for wiring.

If you you are unable to provide the services then kindly return our amount on immediate basis.

Kindly provide me you CEO contact no otherwise I have to go legally for such issues.

Installation not done/ refund is getting delay

I have opt for 6month ACT Storm plan and done a payment of Rs.8206 but till date 1st July no installation has been done nor they have given refund money.
Whenever I make a call to the customer it will show busy or wait for at least 15 min for getting to customer executive.
The service and the customer care are totally bad better to get other broadband connection who used to do installation within 2 days like TTN broadband connection.
Never go for ACT broadband connection and never do payment online or cash before installation.

Internet not working since 4 days
