Five days no internet

There is no internet since five days & when called to customer care service they say just 24hrs & it will be resolved. But I am sure you people know how many hours are there in for 5days. Worst service provider.

New Connection

Hi ,

I live in Kondapur . Recently on 30th September , I placed an online inquiry for Act fiber net connection . I got a call back from your customer service , when i stated I needed the connection on priority and cannot wait for more than a day , she assured me saying The issue will be put up on priority and done immediately.

Post this i got a call from almost 6 people from Act fibernet asking me details .

On 1 st October they collected my documents and 6 months subscription fee. I was told all connections are fine and they will do installation within 48 hrs.

Today when i called customer service , I am told the booked date is 5th October , which was not communicated earlier .

Its unfortunate to see this kind of service . When i wanted to talk to a manager , I was put on hold for more than 20 mins.

We carry home a lot of work and without internet connection its really tough to meet targets. I have never seen a worse response to a customer than this .If i had to wait this long , I would never have forgone my earlier connection and hampered my work.

No Connectivity

I have raised a complaint saying there is internet connectivity Issue yesterday which is not resolved yet. Whenever we call Customer service they repeat the same thing saying 24 hours is the turnaround time which will always exceed to more than 48 hours. Even with high the ticket priority also the service is very poor. The technicians doesn't respond on time.

Connectivity Issue and poor customer service

Please be informed of there is very often connectivity issue and when we complain them on call at no 04066272727. The Employer who take the complain and say issue will be fixed in 24 hrs that they never fix with in the TAT given.

When we request then to route the call to escalation team the put us on hold for long hours and which will increase our call cost, therefore we get frustrated and hang up the call.

On call when I ask, that I want to tall to customer relationship manager they confirm that they don't have such team or person.

Horrible Service

I was called customer service and request for a new connection...that customer executive informed me in 24 hrs pepole will come and collect your documents. I was wait for them no one turned up I was called again they said sorry because that lady was giving me wrong information as it will take 48 hrs...so I have to wait for another day...now I called yesterday again they told me wait for 24 hrs..now again i was called this morning and they don't have any answer wait for 24 Hrs....horrible service....

I have been calling to customer care for the last 4 days regarding the internet connection problem but nobody called me from your service dept and customer care people are always saying that give us 24 hrs time.And also customer care people are closing the tickets immediately with out resolving the issue. I don't know how customers are being treated by the ACT group?

Failure of Service

So quick to grab a new customer,took documents and payment the very next day after a single call, only to avoid the customer for next 5days inspite of Multiple calls to never responding customer care...All these pay way to the coming Reliance fibre net...I hope Reliance flushes out this tardy serviced ACT out of sight....BTW,issue isn't solved yet...!!
