Hello Sir,

We are facing this issue since we took the Broadband connection for our office since Feb 2016, we took 100 MBPS package, mode of Payment is annual.

Issue: No Battery Backup at Beam Switch, Though our office works on UPS. We are not getting internet whenever there is a power cut, there is no battery backup at beam switch & internet is getting immediately disconnected.

I called Act Fibernet several time around 9 to 10 times and every time Act Fibernet call center Agents telling the same thing that issue will be resolved in 24 hours and they are escalating to higher authorities but then they close the ticket without resolving the Issue.

What is the reason that you are not resolving this issue?

Do we have to put a case in consumer court to resolve this issue? because we already payed the amount for 1 year.

Now we are fed up calling to your Act Fiber call center.

As we took this connection for office purpose, we are loosing our business whenever there is a power cut,

So, Please kindly resolve this issue.

No Internet from 4 days

Extremely poor service. It's been 4 days I am trying to customer care number to register a complaint but number is not working. Every month there is connection problem and the thing is there is no one to address it. 0 star service.

False billing and harassment

I was to complete my Annual payment period on May 28th 2016, and I was given a deadline of May 10the to pay up for the next cycle. I chose to pay monthly and did so on May 12th itself. Then I get an additonal bull in a few weeks time of Rs 318 without assigning any reason and am being asked to pay or face disconnection. I had asked what the charges are for an they have no idea! But I get repeated warnings that they are going to disconnect. Couldnt they send an explanation on mail or include it in the next bill instead of harassing! ACT Fibernet A/cNo ############.
It's silly the way they are treating customers - like ba is who want their own things but unwilling to listen to the issues. Phone - 9849073937

Non refund for unused days

Hi,

I have hardly get the internet in a month for ~10 days. And there was two disconnect complaints I have raised, for each complaint they took 10days to solve. When I have raised for disconnection, they are not giving the refund for unused days.
I have called everyday to their support and every time I have to wait almost 15 mins to get connected.
They have told the ticket will resolve n 48 hrs, 24hrs and last 1 hr but it never happened. they took 10days to resolve the issue.
This happened twice in a month.

As I have hardly get 5-8 days internet in a month. I have asked for refund and they told its not possible.

When they cannot give proper service why do I need to pat service taxed every month ? and how can they decline refund ?

hope the govt will take appropriate action. From my side, I will never go for Act again.

NO NET WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

No net from past 5 day.I have been complaining but action has been taken till now. I have not seen such a pathetic and worst service in my life, thank god I haven't fell into there trap and buy yearly plan, soon I am going to switch also advice my friends not to take act fibernet. Hopefully everybody will understand they also quit act fibernet then you people will realize the importance of customer.HATE FIBERNET LIKE ANYTHING

My A/c No is 914860.. No Internet since 5 days.. Tried calling customer care for 3 days.. Line is always busy.. Sent a person to the office to complain 2 days back and no one has come or contacted us yet.. Started giving trouble as soon as we payed the amount for the next year.. Ridiculous..

No connection for last 15 days

I am from Balaji nagar, kukatpally, hyd. I lost connection on 2nd week of may, 2016. I complained and even mailed the nodal officer who said he will take up the complaint as priority and will resolve it by 24 hrs. even after he send me the mail no action has been taken. I again mailed him after 3 days asking "Is this your action "? .For that he again said the same old story , will resolve it ASAP.
I Lost faith in these Guys. They want new customers but dont know how to maintain present customers.They cheat by bringing people in half yearly and yearly plans. Now they wont respond to anything. I have a doubt how they will provide services to companies if they cant do it for small house holds.

No Internet Connectivity from 10 Days

I am facing internet issue from past 10 days.I raised a complaint on customer care (66272727) and have been in touch with them from last 7 days . I have also sent a mail to Nodal Officer and he has assured me he is personally looking into the issue and get it rectified ASAP and still the issue has not been addressed. The issue is with fibre. I had the technician visit me yesterday at 11 am i.e. after a good 9 days and he said he would return back with fibre in 2 hours to rectify the issue and has given me his contact number. He is yet to return back even after 30 hrs and he is also not picking my calls.Your customer service has become worse and pathetic.

Even the NODAL OFFICER AND APPELLATE AUTHORITY people seem to be useless and are less worried about Customers and more interested in your Monthly Collections.

I have completely lost any confidence I had on ACT.

Dear ACT Fibernet,

It pains to put this up as i have registered umpteen number of complaints with your customer care in the past six days about my connectivity. There is no connectivity and no response from your team inspite of so many number of complaints. The customer care is not authorized to share the technical team number and at the same time every day evening we receive a message which states issue is resolved. The technical team are a bunch of liars who keep telling that the issue is due to GHMC, where as in our complex there are other apartments with act connection who are having connectivity. The complaint status shows escalation which is of no use. The supervisor at the customer care expressed his helplessness in resolving the issue. BEAM was a lot better, ACT is simply recruiting liars in the team who do not work nor respond to complaints. My ticket number raised again today morning at ############.47 A.M. raised. They simply interested in making money and nothing else every time you call with the issue to know the status they ask for 48 hrs. They are becoming hopeless and their service standards have fallen from poor to worst.

I am facing internet connection issue from last 10 days and I am trying to reach customer care no(040-66272727) . Every time this number is busy and last week I have raised a complaint online someone has come for fixing issue he said issue is fixed but till now net is DAMN slow.

This is very ridiculous that we don't have option to reach out someone from act fiber to raise the issue.

Can you fix the issue of customer care number.

Earlier beam was much better but after its taken over by Act fiber it has become worst.
