Home new connection

On 24th May 2018 ACT Fibernet executive visited me and collected all necessary documents plus subscription fee in advance. Until today 18th June 2018 they failed to fulfil their promise. Their executives always promise withing 24 hours they will connect.

Internet not working from past 5 days

After talking and writing more than 10 times am finally here. My issue is still un attended. Each and every customer executive I spoke assured me that it will be addressed within 24 hrs and now its been 5 days. Why do you make new customera if you can not manage.
Worst experience to go with ACT fibernet.

Worst installation

The technician had pulled a wire to my terrace and left, they did not configure the Router and also not responding to my calls. 9553884773 and 07032961697 are these guys not with Act fibernet anymore??

Very worse shifting process even to corporate connections..even for high priority Tickets

Hi,

We have been using corporate connection since couple of years, and recently shifted our office to another location. We had informed prior 15days to the date of request of connection at new office. And after shifting also, for 4 days we have been keep on calling customer care people, would get a reply saying our team would be assisting.

And after 6pm if we try up again, we'll get an answer saying team had left for the day.

Just want to know is this the way connections are been provided for business purposes. I had lost 3 days of my business just because of your negllegence in re connection,though it is in prime area for software companies.

If I would like to speak to your floor manager or nodal officer, some of the team mates would give response. For sure i would definitely not suggest ACT Fibernet if anyone would like to go for corporate connections..

Very Bad Experience with you people, I definitely regret for opting you people.

Worst refund service

Dear Act,
I am customer of your service from 2013. Recently I changed my location. Since there is no feasibility here, I disconnected the service and they promised me the refund within 7-10 working days. But till now my amount is not refuned. I provided all the details of my bank account.
My complaint was raised on 22nd March, 2018. They keep calling me every 2days and say that I would be refunded within 7days. It's been more than 20days but nothing has been done by ACTFIBERNET.
Such a worst refund service I haven't ever seen.

Bad New Connection service

ACT Fibrenet technicians are the worst , i had to wait for 3 days and still counting... raising a complaint with the customer service is of no use , and if i wanted to speak to the senior manager or nodel officer they are never available. This organization is a scam of the first order. After taking the required payment, they disappear on you. I would not recommend this connection to anyone.

I would ask all Fibrenet users to just disconnect their lines and move on to other service providers, who are trust worthy.

I am very disappointed.

Unethical behaviour for resolving ticket number 10130145997

Hi,

I am writing this just to let you know what has happened with me while using act services in Hyderabad.

I had used act for more than 4 years in Hyderabad and then shifted from one apartment to another. Now post that I got another connection from act. Since then I was not able to use internet because of the poor connectivity issues and after rasing a complaint on this, the customer care said my quota was full. I couldn't believe this as only I use internet that too very minimal usage and 150 GB was over in 5 days.
I had changed my passwords etc to make sure nothing like this happens again.
But in the next month also the same thing happened and in 2 /3 days the quota of 150gb was over.
I wanted to disconnect my services with act and get my money back.
Just to disconnect the services I had to make more than 4/5 requests. And finally after an effort of 15 days act disconnected my account.

Now when I had raised another request for my money refund, the customer executive days it's non refundable.

They have consumed so much of my 'time energy and now they say it's non refundable.

Please look into this with high priority.

Hello Team,

I spoke to your hyderabad billing department member (Varun) and asked for extention on suspension, for which he mentioned that there is no such process exists. I am your customer since more than couple of years now and I told him that I will have to quit ACT Fibernet for not providing me little more time to make a payment. Here is the reference number : 10129885216. Hence I have only one way to take this up, I would quit ACT Fibernet since your team is ready to lose customers. I know people who use your services, Hence I will get them removed too if you guys seem to be happy in such cases like this.

Have Act the below detailed email on 24th October 2017

I have followed up multiple times over the email and phone and have yet to hear from Act on ANY resolution of it. The tickets however, conveniently get closed within 24 hours.

Not providing invoices with customer's GSTIN is incorrect and improper.
Have been losing out on obtaining ITC for the last 6 months and no resolution in sight.
