Hello Team,

I spoke to your hyderabad billing department member (Varun) and asked for extention on suspension, for which he mentioned that there is no such process exists. I am your customer since more than couple of years now and I told him that I will have to quit ACT Fibernet for not providing me little more time to make a payment. Here is the reference number : 10129885216. Hence I have only one way to take this up, I would quit ACT Fibernet since your team is ready to lose customers. I know people who use your services, Hence I will get them removed too if you guys seem to be happy in such cases like this.

GST registration issues

Have Act the below detailed email on 24th October 2017

"Hi,
the link mentioned in below email to register GST number is not a secure link.
Please let me know another way to provide you my GSTIN so that I can start obtaining tax credits

Note : this is my registered email id.
Registered phone number is xxxxxxxxxx"

I have followed up multiple times over the email and phone and have yet to hear from Act on ANY resolution of it. The tickets however, conveniently get closed within 24 hours.

Not providing invoices with customer's GSTIN is incorrect and improper.
Have been losing out on obtaining ITC for the last 6 months and no resolution in sight.

REGARDING GST UPDATAION IN BILLS

Issue with GST Number updation in the Bills

We have taken the connection in the month of July-2017 after GST and we have provided all the required documents to the Executive while taking the connection, including GST registration certificate. We are paid till then and finally we find GST No was not updated.
We had called customercare regarding the same and they given information your GST not updated after our approach. there is no single mail or phonecall to update GST no in the website. And confirmed to me to visit near branch they can give solution.

Accordingly have visited SD Road.Secunderabad Branch and explained the issue. At that time on a call to executive who was given the connection confirmed the GST was updated on same day itself. Concluding that the branch person MR.ASHOK confirmed to me after a discussion with Billing team, you will get all GST updated Bills till DEC-2017 to registered mail. Finally, received bill for only DEC-month and a confirmation call from ACT that you are updated GST in website this month so we cannot provide previous.

There is no clarity at all with the team handled and no proper reply or response. Kindly let me know the solution can be expected.

Bad Internet speed

I had joined fiber net last to last month and it was good but the second month was terrible like the speed has decreased so badly like first of all I m in a plan of 40 Mbps internet. But I won't even get more than 4 Mbps and now it's buffering watching a 480p video can u image. Even a 3g net pack is better than this 40mbps of yours. I used to give compliments about ACT and recommend it to many people and now it's a great regret for me cz they are going to face this problem because of me. U guys don't care about your customers. Not happy with it. Didn't expected this from u.

Reconnecting the WIFI

i live in hyd and about 4 months ago we opted to take wifi network from act because that was one company giving us good deals and had some value for the money that we spent, once we applied within the next 2 days the executive came home gave us an idea of what plan we should be taking and also took the money for the plan, i think it was a 6 month plan, he told us that we would receive our connection within 24 hours and we had to keep calling the office and reminding them that we had asked for a connection and about a week later after endless calls and beggings to give us our connection nothing happened once we started threatening to take our money back and cancel our connection, they gave us our connection,
recently on the 2rd of october 2017 there were heavy rainfalls and lightning and our wifi stopped working, and i have been trying to call the office number-04066272727 on the 3rd and 4th from 11;30 till 5 in the evening and it keeps says that there are no executives to take your call.
then later we received a message that the issue would be resolved on the 5th and we received a chit number, and no one turned up on the 5th as well, if this is the way you are going to treat paying customers,then it is better to cancel the connection and go for another network where they respect the customers and there is immediate and effective response from the company,
i along with many others customers from my area are deeply dissappointed with the company and its lack of concern for its customers. and many of us regret taking a connection from this company.

But after 20 days without changing my connection to 6 months fixed term,they sent bill for 2 months period and connection charges.

This is no II am expected your customer care and billing executives are pathetic and you are fooling customers wit fake re-connection promise.

I regret for opting Act fiber re connection.I dont recommend this to any of my friends.

Worst refund process

Here is my detail :

I have requested for a new Fiber ACT broadband connection almost before 1 and half months. The executive guy came on same day to collect and amount. He promised me that we'll do installation withing 2 days. I have waited almost 2 weeks and they didn't installed the broadband.

So i have decided to cancel the connection and get refund my money.
Then i have contacted customer care to get my refund back. So he told me it will be done within 7 working days.

Now it's almost one and half months since they are saying "Sir still it's in process, sir give us a last chance". They are just forwarding a call to random people and put me on hold for 10 15 min every time when i am contacted o customer care.

Every time i am getting the same answer "Sir very sorry for inconvenience, your refund is in progress. It needs some verification and all".

I really fed up by hearing those same words for just a 700 INR. I am wasting my time by calling ACT guys, such a worst service. They are on call if those people are in from of me i'll literally hit them badly. Not just because of money, but because of their false promise, because of wasting my time.

I don't understand this process to get money from us they'll come like a dog to collect a money..sir ye sir vo, ok sir and all. And for refund they have hell of process, a fake process. Poor people. poor service.

I am filing a case against the Fiber ACT, not just because of money but because of they have wasted my time and money both.
Fiber ACT people are such a beggar. A professional beggar.

From last 1 week i am not getting net when i am login to act page it showing as log in from registered location were i am login from my own location.

ACT-fibernet -Worst service -No Internet from 4 days still not yet resolved

I took 6 months plan and plan expires in Nov 17, This month net got disconnected 5 to 6 times tickets were raised but not resolved properly so recently on 24th again it got disconnected and not yet resolved still now, after 18 hours as promised if the issue didn't resolve you should call me and update the status, but not done.

After 48 hrs on 26 th I called customer care but still not yet resolved, and again they are asking for 18hrs time. If you idiots can't resolve the issue refund my money, I will go for another ISP. always why to say lame excuses. If ACT is really good customer friendly and caring refund my money back.
Lot my work is in pending.

Note: Don't take long Plans prefer only monthly plans or else these idiots will not respond properly.

Hi Act team,

I have raised request for new connection 2 days ago online, i got immediate response from ACT team,They called me back explained plans .I was impressed by the way they responded .On the same day i have chosen a plan and one guy came to my home with Swipe machine. As i was very impressed i opted for a 12 months connection and paid the amount , but after that the person who said the connection will be given in 1 day ,was not even lifting my calls.After struggling for so much time i got other guy's number and he suggested me to go to the branch office.
What a standard followed by ACT!!!
When you need payment ,you come to our home and when you are supposed to provide assistance ..YOU CALL US to Branch!!!!

Highly dissappointed by ACT fibernet.I definitely didnt except this from one of the so called best service providers in hyderabad.I
