Frequent Internet disconnection

Hi, our Reg mob no. 8008007792.
Our internet is disconnected again. this is 4th time in this month, everytime We are loosing two days every time to get the connection back. We don't get that lost days compensated too. Please rectify asap.

No proper response..requested for static IP but unable to provide

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have applied internet connection for the sake of running security cameras online, requested for public IP which they said will provide in 4hrs..but till date i did not get my Static IP, its been 1 week. Mine being a govt. Project had dead line to implement. I have been continuously calling customer care for the same, they say that my connection is not visible on their system hence cannot help..many technicians visited to check the connection but failed to resolve and did not get my Static IP till date..finally Act tecnician said that the connection given to me is given from some hotspot hub hence cannot provide Static IP..As a customer how am i responsible for your mistake in giving a wrong connection, i applied for a connection i wanted it with static IP,i am not intrested in hearing all sorts of reasons from you and irresponsible attitude from your team..because of your delay and poor service i am facing legal complications from my client.. im tired of calling you guys and hearing the same story again and again..i strongly insist you guys to resolve this matter immediately without any further delay..it is very very urgent for me to get static IP and i cannot suffer for your irresponsible behaviour. Please respond with a solution on urgent basis..

ACT FIBERNET, no resolution

I have raised a ticket for not getting internet speed as per my monthly plan on 6th Oct 2016, and after that I have again contact to customer care two to three times and always I was getting the answer as ''We are taking your complain on priority basis and you will get a call soon'' but from last 13 days I haven't receive any call. It is very Disappointing and highly dissatisfied service I'm getting from ACT FIBERNET, Today morning 18th oct I again contact the customer care at 9:02AM expecting that by evening I'll get the resolution but I did not get any call.....Thn again I contact to customer care by 5:20PM but did not get any call........ What should I do now???????? If you can not resolve my issue thn please give my 6th month advance money.

No internet connectivity for past 3 days

My registered mobile number is +918427882264 and I m surprised how careless your customer care section is. I have not been contacted in past 2 days despite getting a ticket number for the complaint? Kindly look into the matter.. I regret taking the plan in which I paid ️Advance for 6 months rental.. Wish I hadn't done that n could immediately get your connection off.. If you R not going to address my issue of no net connection i m entitled to get my money back .. U must give service and can't play fraud like this with people

Reconnection

I raised a re connection request on 15 of sep after clearing my dues. After 2 days 3 executive visited my residence for the re connection complaint. After 10 mins they discover that net box is missing they said they will comeback after 2 days with the box, then after I keep on calling to the call center and the executive for the re connection they keep call on holds or they will be no proper reply.

Here is a funny thing don't have any connection and from fibernet and every morning I get the msg as alert to clear my due for this month which I never used.

I took the new connection form other company and they are providing a good service. All I want now is my refund of that amt which I paid without using any service.

Worst service from KPHB office

It is already 5days since I raised the request#10123721730, #10123751924.

Initially they closed my request without taking any action and I asked them to reopen. Again they closed it and again when I called they opened other ticket.

I went to kphb office yesterday and when I am telling the manager who is responsible for nizampet simply nods his head for everything that I told and he promosed like in 1.30hr he will send the person. 1 more day gone but result is ZERO.

The service is WORST from kphb office.

Five days no internet

There is no internet since five days & when called to customer care service they say just 24hrs & it will be resolved. But I am sure you people know how many hours are there in for 5days. Worst service provider.

New Connection

Hi ,

I live in Kondapur . Recently on 30th September , I placed an online inquiry for Act fiber net connection . I got a call back from your customer service , when i stated I needed the connection on priority and cannot wait for more than a day , she assured me saying The issue will be put up on priority and done immediately.

Post this i got a call from almost 6 people from Act fibernet asking me details .

On 1 st October they collected my documents and 6 months subscription fee. I was told all connections are fine and they will do installation within 48 hrs.

Today when i called customer service , I am told the booked date is 5th October , which was not communicated earlier .

Its unfortunate to see this kind of service . When i wanted to talk to a manager , I was put on hold for more than 20 mins.

We carry home a lot of work and without internet connection its really tough to meet targets. I have never seen a worse response to a customer than this .If i had to wait this long , I would never have forgone my earlier connection and hampered my work.
