Poor customer value and consistently no connectivity

Each and every time tje connection get disconnected
When lodge a complaint to the service provider they just resist to solve it soon and when said for tribunal complaints they said go and complaint anywhere and didn't even lodge a complaint.
Worst service never had such services ever

Closing Request

We recently shifted from Kukatpally to Shamshabad . We had ACT FIBERNET connection in kukatpally . After a long periode , the connection is available in shamshabad as i came across the banners . when i called the given number on it , they said that they will only provide new connections and will not shift connections . So, I requested for shifting connection and they agree to it on 7th october and they said that i will receive a call from executives before 48 hrs ...

After 48 hours , i didn't receive any call . So, i called fibernet company and they said that they have taken my request and will receive the call from executive before 48 hrs ...When i asked them about the previous request they kept on talking something unsimilar [ they were checking availability ]..

i think the process is going to repeat . So, kindly do the help as early as possible.

Closing Request

i have seen act fibernet banners on it in my place ; so i called to the customer care for shifting connection from kukatpally to shamshabad . I have raised a request because i know it is available in our place ; but the people from act fibernet told ,e that i will get a call from executive .But i didnt receive a call in 48 hours and they closed the complaint without informing and once again i requested the complaint and they are doing the same.....

Kindly do the help as early as possible.

bill payment

I have been using act fibrenet from dec 2016.Initial subscription was for 6 months package(10 mbps plan - 3575 RS). After 6 months I have extended my subscription to 1 year, So my new bill should be 6500 RS but the bill generated was of 6957. I spoke to one of your representatives and she asked me to pay the bill first and they will do the adjustments later. So, I have paid the bill on july 9th 2016. I have mailed customer care regarding this issue but there was no response. So please look into this asap and transfer the additional amount paid to my bank account.

Continuously internet connectivity problem

Hi Sir/Mam,
I am writing this mail with extreme disappointment of ACT Fiber net internet broadband services. After lots of calls to their customer care executives L1 and L2 support, will not resolve my internet disconnection problem. I listed out history of my complaints below

Slow internet - no proper response

Facing frequent disconnection, Slow connection, no proper response

Requested for a disconnection, and a refund, till now no one responded. The Tickets get closed without providing proper solution, hence the customer has to call the customer care and spend time lodging a complaint again & again.

The higher authorities neglect the customers as well, their is no escalation department which takes care of pending / reopen/ Priority issues.

Poor Customer Service

This is regarding the repeated complaints I have been making about lost data from my connection . With reference to this, I had already provided screenshots of data usage last month. This problem has been going on for more than 3 months with no positive outcome. My monthly quota of 125 GB gets exhausted within 10 days of every month for the past couple of months. I have tried every possible trick in the book as advised by your technical team, from switching off my router to changing login /user name/Passwords and finally changing the router too.

Needless to say, this is a repeat of what happened last month when I lost 11GB in just 6 hours. It was 0.44GB when I left home for work at 9:00AM after switching off my router. When I returned home the data usage is 11.44 GB. This with the router switched off and the house locked.The current status is that 38GB is gone in 36 hours. There has been no proactive approach to solve this problem with seriousness.
My daughter needs the data for her school work and hasn’t gotten the opportunity to do so with hardly any data left for the month. I would really appreciate a quick resolution as soon as possible.
I have been a customer of ACT for 3 years now and am seriously considering switching to other service provider once my contract ends on 31st of October.
Inspite of repeated complaints including emails to the nodal team there has been absolutely no response. One of the worst after sale service provider.

Frequent disconnections / no response from executives & technicians even after many complaints

This is third day since there is no internet... Even last month we faced 4 days of no internet even though my relative who stays nearby never face such problems.. The executives are there just to say SORRY and IT TAKES 24 hrs OF TIME... They dont followup whether the issue is solved or not...

Another issue is even though my use of internet remains same, last few month we get messages around mid of month, like you have exceed the limit and upgrade to next plan.... How this be possible!!! They forcing the customer to upgrade by doing this... Already am not sayisfied with the care they give to customers in existing plans...

Iam planning for some other internet connections... So please refund the amount Including the amount of 4 days in last month...

No internet, frequent disconnections

Since yeaterday, there is no internet... Alreafy raised many complaints but no response from them... There is no issue in internet for my relative who stay close by... Last month also i faced issue, there was no internet for 4 days...

also another issue is even if my internet use remains same like before, i get message like account exceeded limit and upgrade my plan... I have told the executives about this too, this too remains unresolved...

I feel they just dont care for the customers... I have to go for another internet service...

I had taken connection but always having problem of connectivity and i use to pay them for 6 months as i was so upset about the service i have decided to discontinue the service and gave the information and got disconnected this month September.

as i have payed for 6 months i have made comp[laints so many times no proper response and the have not refunded my money and today it is 28 days .

this is so pathetic service i have every seen.

I was not happy with the connectivity ad decided not to continue with the service and requested for cancellation and if we complain once they would never take action and all false information I have disconnect on 1st Sep and they not refunded my money till date and when ever I call we will arrange a call back but nobody calls back this is the service they provided to customer
