Connection issues and pathetic services

I have raised a complaint on 27th evening and as per their normal they have to solve the issue by 24 hrs and till now I have made 8 calls to their customer care and every time I get to listen a new story. This is the 3rd time am facing the issue in last 3 months. Every irresponsible behaviour and absolutely no commitment

Made a complaint 10 minutes back that no one is responding and I got a message that my issue is resolved how is it resolved when no one still has come to install the connection? ?

Executive came home and took I'd proofs address proofs and one month advance payment of rs.1208 with a promise of installing the connection very next day but not responding since. . When I called from a new number he answered my call and giving me excuse that everyone is busy so delayed. . When I called persistently he said he has forwarded my complaint to manager and he can't do anything. . I have taken a leave from work because he has promised to come for installa ton but my day wasted and still no response from ACT FIBERNET worst service worst company I am attaching pic of executive who came to my home and took money

I have raised a complaint on 20th October
No internet or no resolution till now
I have called customer service more than 5 times
No solution
Worst service
I want to escalate this. I want act Fibernet to pay for my loss due to no internet service.

Act team.: do not reply.to.this if you don't resolve this. I don't want your fake text book replies.

NO CONNECTION AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE

I have raised a ticket: 10123952381, 5 days back. No body communicated from the team. Everyday I have to call for the status and everyday the Supervisor is asking for 24 Hours of time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC CONNECTION. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GET THIS CONNECTION. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Stuck with this network as I have already paid the money in advance.

No service support

I have Act fibernet connection for the past 3 years. I have opted for 6months plan.
Since last month I am facing connection interruptions.
Last month 20 September 2016 I had a problem with the connection. It took more than 15 calls to the customer care number and after spending over 30minutes (3 times) waiting on the line to be able to speek to the next level supervisor. I must have spent over 3 hours on the telephone.
The complaint was resolved after 7 days.
Now
Since 2 days I am again having net problem. Have already made 4 calls to the customer care number and they have a standard answer "It will be resolved in 24 hours"
The ticket number issued by them is 10123951546.

Hi,

I applied for transfer of connection to my new address on 10th of October 2016. But despite several followups none of the engineers has turned up to take care of the same.

No idea how much more followups required and where to escalate the issue.

Frequent connection problems are not acceptable . Overall it is pathetic service to customers and they need to keep calling to customer care number . It's not a ideal service provider to suggest to others .Tickets are addressed after several follow-ups by customer .

I got a message saying your act plan has been upgraded without any extra charges to 75gb per month from 50 gb...and the speed of 15mbps from 10 mbps...and today is 14th October and now I received a message from act fibernet saying my 80% of my fup limit is over...I mean what the hell is this? I didn't even use internet properly compared to previous months and still 16 days to go how will 80% of fup get finished even with 75gb and 15mbps speed? This is ridiculous..I want action to be taken right away
