Repeated Disconnectivities

Our broadband services got disconnected since yesterday afternoon. Raised a complaint (ticket#10122752043) yesterday night and the CSR told me that they'll be sedning someone today. Today early in the morning i receives a message stating "There's a scheduled network upgrade activity planned"

This info needs to be send before the disconnection i guess.

This is the 2nd time our broadband got disconnected in past 2 weeks.

Last time they took 3 days for resolving the issue. GOD knows how much time they needed this time.

ACT Fibernet pathetic connection

My registered mobile is 9032215882. This is regarding Ticket #10122730701. The internet connection is not working from 24th July and today is 27th July. However Actcorp does not seem to be much interested in it. Everytime I call the customer care they would say the lines they have been taught to tell " extremely Sorry for the inconvenience and we will ask the technician to resolve in next 24hours". This is really a pathetic condition . I am unable to work on important activities of my office just because of this. They would always take the money in advance in each month and when it comes to proper service they totally gets ignorant of the situation. I will simply disconnect my line if this remains unresolved even today.

No Connection

This is regarding Ticket #10122730701. The internet connection is not working from 24th July and today is 27th July. However Actcorp does not seem to be much interested in it. Most unpredictable internet connectivity

This is the worst internet broadband service. You cannot rely on Act fibernet for your internet. Even though you are having Act fibernet connection, better to have some other internet connection. Because you cannot predict whether the internet will work when have really need of internet. Even though you raised a complaint or ticket there are lots of possibility to face the same problem on the same day. Why because the technicians are working for just closing the tickets not for the solution.

So if you want to take a broadband connection please don't think about Act fibernet.

speed of the connection

I have taken the connection with speed of 10mb//sec but it's not coming even with 1mb/sec.
Does anyone can help me out from ACT. Service should be same after giving connection like while giving connection

Regular disconnections

Hi,
My internet goes off when there is wind and little rain. Account no: ############. I have raised multiple Tickets - 10122267883, 10122394337 and 10122378273 this month. All tickets are closed saying trouble is resolved. No one is calling me to check and I strongly believe technicians are either not coming or have no clue where the trouble is. I have asked for credits no one called back as promised. Last week hardly there was internet as it was raining again. Last and This whole month there were lot of disconnections. what is the point of using Internet if it doesn't work when it rains? Very disappointed with service.
Is there someone who can take care of this problem? or shall I switch to HATHWAY as I am constantly getting messages from them with the offer of 40mbps with 100gb for same price.

Not to forget pathetic customer service line which is always busy.

Connectivity

My internet connection is not working since July 16th 4:00 PM.

I called customer care and lodged a complaint on the same day @ 09:11 PM (Ticket#10122624143)

After a follow up with an information about the internet is not working for our entire building on July 17th morning someone turned up to our building, checked connection at my home and said that he has to check the power box at ground floor of my apartment and disappeared. He didn’t told me anything and didn’t even called me back after I tried calling him.

I have called your customer care at least 7 - 8 times till now and also wrote to [email protected] No one replied back and every time I get to hear a new story about the problem. Someone says migration is happening, someone says power box has to be replaced …. But till now after 3 days of disconnection and 6 calls and lots of patience, my problem isn’t resolved yet.

Is there any escalation matrix where I can escalate it to the next level? Does anyone take responsibility for the false promises your CSR team makes?
