Frequent issues with comnections

I have been using Act broadband for almost a year and since the time of purchasing their service I've had my internet connectivity lost/disconnected several times and almost each month i had to raise a complaint regarding the same and had remained without connection for more than 48 hours even sometimes. Even today i had to raise a complaint as again my internet service is unavailable. But after subscribing to ACT almost a year ago, i just paid the bill late by 2 hours for the first time last month and i get charged 100 rs for that. In that case how much should ACT pay me over these many months for failing me to provide internet connection for 2 days every month?. They can fine the customer only if they are perfect, they provide the most worst connection and fine the customer for laste payment of 2 hours.

RE : No Network since 10th Jan'17 till today 8th Feb'17 and now they say 8th Feb'17 it will be fine.

Since 10th Jan 2017 I have lost the net connection from ACT Fibernet and today the date is 9th Feb 2017 - till now there is NO CONNECTION.

This service is totally unacceptable from a service provider. More than a month you have failed to provide service to me and more than 25 times I have called to your customer care executives wherein for each of the calls I have spent over 25mins talking to your customer care. I have also sent email to Appellate authorities but even they are taking 3days n more to revert ... Horrible Service... Pls fix if u can...

No internet connection

Very bad service from ACT.I was an airtel broadband customer for the past 10 years.I didn't face any of these problems like I faced with ACT now.Such an irresponsible reply from. Call centre people.Always they will have stand reply that it will be sorted your within 48 hours.They are thinking that we the customers are fools.If the internet connection in vadapalani is not sorted out immediatlely then we don't know what will we do.Such a pathetic service.
