Worst service ever i have seen

I am staying in j p nagar..i have always complain about the channel..these people hardly come..hardly pick up the phone..now i have already this cable..they have to refund the money..from 2 months they are simply posponding...for the collecting the amount they always came on time...for refunding its already 2 months they are simply posponding..if this is the service no one should prefer this cable..

Me and my family had called several time for the collection of TV Bill payment but till now no 1 have come and also disconnected my cable.

I called today also and ur person told it will be activated and yet it is not.

If you people cant even send som1 to collect the payment or solve the problem given then whats the point of providing this services.

ACT TV is the worst connection i have ever got in my life.

Disconnection without any massage

Hi ,

I'm using the Act t and it is disconnecting many times without any notice to the customer. Earlier I was using the hat hathway which was very good and they have shifted to Act tv.

I am not happy with act tv due to irresponsible from the act people and careless answers giving by people from act tv which customer don't want.

we are paying money and getting the services and your irresponsible to for any and support to the customer, but these not happening.

I am one of the customer from the maruthi nagar, kaikondrahalli, sarjapur road, 560035.

Irresponsible indifferent service

ACT not working. I am
Told box shifting etc. Pls resume service immediately. Since installation my down time has been more than up time. Pls resolve ASAP.

I have shifted from Airtel to ACT and am very disappointed at this continuous outage.


ACT claims my box is 6 streets away even though there is a box in my bldg. claim no ports.

WHY GIVE A COMNECTION THEY CANT SERVICE?

Regret moving from standard service provider.

No refund

Hi,

I had disconnected my service from April 2016 & had informed the service agent the same about this.

Now instead of refunding the amount, he is telling he will charge one month rent and then refund.

Can i get my full amount refund.

Channel not offered

Suddenly animax channels is removed from the channel list I subscribed specifical the package which Offers animax but still removed, do you think we are to fool pay so much yet ur not providing proper service yet u charge more . it's is the time of vacation any my son wants this channels so kindly give proper response to this complaint .other wise iam ready to cancel connection

Charged unnecessarily

Have been charged Rs.374 for subscription by ACT TV? Have recd an SMS message stating that I have been charged this amount.

1) What are this charges?
2) Why have I been charged this?
3) How was this payment taken from my account?
4) what is "Order No.act-fuppay-4822422_1368976 from CCAvenue"?
5) Please deactivate this above mentioned payment set up (I am not aware who has set this up).
6) Please refund this amount immdtly back into my account?
7) Is it some kind of scam or an illegal manner of cheating a customer?

I want answers for all the queries mentioned above.Also credit the amount of Rs374.

Getting answers from ACT TV is next to impossible.

Not refunding the amount even after disconnection

We had ACT broadband, and shifted to new apartment.
Though many people had ACT in same apartment They told it is not feasible.
We have paid for 6 months in advance...
Now we called and asked them to disconnect..and sent mail for refunding the amount.

Even after one month they didnt even disconnect the connection nor refunding the amount.

today i have again raised a request for disconnection...

one month we didnt use the internet...we are not in that house but still money will be detected because of ACT customer care peoples irresponsible activity..

Totally waste of money with ACT.....

act tv connection down : no followup from support

Hello All,

Hereby sharing bad experience regarding Act tv internet support, the number mentioned 0804284000 say busy all the time and moreover, we didn't receive any call from support as requested by us in the email we put up to the support. It has been more than 4 hours, we are facing discontinuity in the service.

Worst Service and Less channels

This is worst cable service i have ever seen, i am paying 370 per month but am getting very less south channels.
In this cost other DTH are will give a best best service but very worst.

Mostly am getting signal Loss also.

கடந்த 48 மணி நேரமாக உங்கள் இன்டர்நெட் சேவை தடை பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை உங்கள் மக்கள் சேவை மையத்திற்கு சொன்னால் கூட ஒரு ஆள் கூட என்ன ? ஏது ? என்று கேட்ட வில்லை !!


இப்படி பட்ட சேவை இது வரை எந்த ஒரு இன்டர்நெட் சேவை செய்தவர்கள் செய்யவில்லை . ரொம்ப மோசமான அனுபவம் !!


உங்களை நம்பி தான் connection வாங்கினோம்.ஆனால் நாங்க இப்படி தான் என்று ஒரு மனோபாவம் எங்களை போன்ற பதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்களை மிகமும் மன உளைச்சலை தந்து உள்ளது !!

உங்களால் எங்களுக்கு நல்ல சேவை தர முடியாது என்றால் , அவசியம் எனக்கு உங்கள் சேவை வேண்டாம் . நான் வேறு சேவைக்கு போகிறேன்.

ரோட்லே ஆட்டோ காரன் நம்ம கூட சண்டை போடுவான் விலை பேசும்போது !! அதை விட கேவலமா பிழைப்பு உங்கள் சேவை .இதுவும் ஒரு மோசடி என்பதை பதிவு செய்கிறேன்.

Very very very worst signal and also worst service

We are using ACT cable from past two years...recently we got replaced settop box....but set top box is not working properly....we called to the technician....but they are not responding..

Channels are deactivated.

I am using past 1 year this act tv. And this act people is not activating channels what i need, They have activated unwanted channels.
i request many times for the packages but they refuse to give the channel list. And now they Deactivated some for this they are charging money for each channel. What kind of service they providing GOD knows. worst service.

Worst Cable TV service

One of the worst service provider. They have disconnected the service due to the non-payment. The irony is that I used to pay 300/- for same set of channel until last 2 months and also before that when it was Hathway cable. Now these thugs are asking us to pay 450/- for the same set of channels saying that you have been watching sports and some tc regional channels.

if i have to pay 450/-, whay would I not go for DTH without any hassle or interruption. And these guys say the service would resume only when the collection guy would come and take money. Do you think these things will make you survive in this business that too in bangalore like city. I have asked them to come and disconnect the service.

Worst Cable TV service

I used to pay 300/- p.m. for cable tv service. Now they have disconnected my cable tv connection saying that I have to pay 446/- p.m. online as they have given sports channel and some regional channels. Holy crap....if this is case why you didn't informed us earlier. For 450/- I can get any DTH service with all HD channels without any interruption.

And now they say collection guy will come to collect the amount and then only the service will be resumed. I have raised a request to disconnect the cable. Rather I would go for DTH which is pretty affordable now a days.
