Bill payment & Exponential Increasing Electricity Charges

I have made a payment on 09th Aug'19 of Rs.7210.00 for which I have received an acknowledge email and bill cycle is 13th of every month but still the said paid amount is not reflecting in my bill.

Secondly, The unit consumption was high and then it drastically changed next month- yet again after a few months - it went high for consecutive. and I knew I had no change in my usage.

Citizens should not be going through this trauma and despite knowing overall Mumbai is facing the same issue. Why was the Adani care team so hesitant in just admitting their fault and compensating for the hassle. Their customer care is poor, the inconvenience is not worth and yet the issue is ongoing.

Just detail info - Unit consumption for Mar'19 - 168 units and May'19 - 130 goes down to 130 -168 and suddenly April'19 - 211 and then June'19 - 213 units, July'19 - 215 units.

Mar'19 - 168 units

Apr'19 - 211 units

May'19 - 130 units

June'19 - 213 units

July'19 - 215 units

I have added no additional gadgets and we are only 3 members in the house with basic equipment. It is clearly a miscalculation and it is unfortunate I had to go through the trouble to fix this on my own, that too insisting on having my bills checked. The resolution is still waiting.

All the meters have to be checked for fast running, as it is a common practice of all electricity boards to 'FAST RUN' the meters by 10%.
I would like Adani to provide an undertaking that the electricity meters are not fast.
Give us the rightful service & at the right price! Kindly reduce the electricity bills as it a basic fundamental right of every citizen.

Lamp light issue

Sir the lamp light. Which is also known as road light is not working from last 10 days now its really very sad the kind of service which you r offering .I complaint about it complaint no.( 6422 0619) .my no. 892 896 9652.address -road no. 3 opposite Ashok bhawan building , bhaji market Galli ,B.P cross road Bhayander E.thane -401105. 5 mins from bhayander e. station

A kind request please install white light not red one because red light is of no use it don't give enough light.
Only white light please .

Please look in to it as soon as possible ,because its very dark here on road ,as complaint was made by some one in past before 8 days but nothing has been done .

For last 3 months, the electric bill is highly inflated comparing to last year.

Adani chnage miter without instruct to us . his new miter is very fast

my bill generally come of rs 1200 now it comes of rs 2500 this month

last month my bill come of rs 7500 for old meter adani charges rs 500 comsumtion

Electrical utilities are not used much and home occupancy is low.

All the meters have to be checked for fast running, as it is a common practice of all electricity boards to 'FAST RUN' the meters by 10%.

Ambani chor has left and Adani chor has taken over.
I would like Adani to provide an undertaking that the electricity meters are not fast.
