We are prepaid customer of Aircel India Ltd. and our Mobile Number are 9924612364 and 9879259803 which are currently disconnected by service provider (Aircel India Ltd.) without any prior information about continues of service and suddenly disconnect the services on 10-01-2013 and 15-01-2013 respectively. Then after we trying to connect with customer care and they said that it is permanently close but we argued with them and they cannot answered on this situation and describe that as per TRAI rules your numbers was disconnect and you cannot activate this numbers.
Then after we tried to talk with customer care (date: 15-01-2013) and they answered that your uses are not normal within one month and that so why we disconnected your services and after we talk about what is mean for normal uses? and they are not able to describe more and said that sorry, your SIM is permanently disconnect and only one sentence said repeatedly that sorry sir we cannot help for this type of problem. On the next day (date : 16-01-2013) we are once again try to connect with customer care (121)(from another aircel No. 9722613345 and also from aircel no.9913141386 to198) in both case, line transfer to customer care waiting for more than 10 minutes ( 3 time try to 121 and 1 time try to 198) wait with long time (24 minutes). In all case automatically disconnect from line.
And we also try to visited at Aircel store (U-1, Bhavik Complex, Ghod dod Road, Surat) but every time it was closed.
And we also attach the advertise which is given by Aircel India Ltd. in news paper (Sandesh, surat, Date: 17-01-2013). This advertise disclose various numbers for complaint about any query and visit to the website aircel.com and the site provide Contact Numbers which are (Bikram dash -9722199210, Payal Sinhadass-9722199209) but in the presence time all numbers are connecting but no one can receive it.
My another Aircel Numbers 9722613345 and 9913141386 are also disconnected at the morning of 18-01-13 which are disconnected without giving any prior information.
Regarding the above problem, we hope that you will take quick action against this type of problem which is created by Aircel India Ltd. We also disturbing from mentally, socially and economically and no one can contact to us at our above numbers and our all transactions are stop. We are not only customers which is facing this problem but in Gujarat many customers of Aircel India Ltd. face to this problems. We said that it is not fair and reasonable for us as a customer. So, please sir, take a quick action against this problems.
