Pocket Internet Validity

Dear Sir/Madam

My no.+918796371457. Last month i have recharged Rs. 225 unlimited pocket internet pack whose speed got reduced after 5gb of data usage. So with low speed i was not able to browse smoothly so i recharged with Rs.349 . Even after recharging speed is as it was earlier. Customer care says new recharge will not be active until its previous data benefits validity is over. But my new recharge validity starts from the day i recharged i.e. 06/07/2016 but it will be active only after 19/07/2016. This is nonsense because if your data is exhausted you cannot recharge until its validity is over.

I want my data pack to be active from the day i recharged or else Start my recharge pack validity from 19/07/2016.

Please do the needful

Poor Internet SPEED

Before one week i bought a new sim of AIRCEl and i recharge with 125 rs.3G On offer with 1GB of inTernet @ the minimum speed when i browsing the youtube i select a video and play. First the video is loaded minimum speed the becoming slow down to error message BUT my data plan is active still.... I will retry but the same problem is repeated ! I Request You To Please understand the VALUE OF CUSTOMERS MONEY
they will not understood cheated BY U

Kuch service activate kiya he

Slow network very slow internet and cracking voice problem

decucted 400 for 40 seconds for a call

I had made a call 2 Argentina on 6th jan 2015.i had a ISD pack activated,means the call should have charged around 5rs/min but i cut the call in 40 second ,and my 400rs went, the first time i called customer care they said its their mistake so they filed a complaint and all,i was suppose get the balance reverted to my phone on 9th of jan as they sent me a message regarding that.today its more than 10 days,but i havend received my balance yet and neither they are receiving my calls from last 10 days.dont know what to do??just fedup calling them.
please help!!!

Internet speeds deserve inspection

I have recharged with PI997 which promises 7.2 Mbps upto 10gb...but after downloading 700mb at 500kbps, it got permanently reduced to 14kbps....although I like Aircel services, I can't help feeling cheated out of my money...I hope for some sort of response...

Balance deduction and poor customer care assistance

mob no. 8796612793 My balance got automatically got deducted. Pocket internet rs 54 service is active on my sim. I was having rs. 9.xx balance yesterday. In morning i saw it was just rs.0.09 . When i called customer care at 198 they told i have been charged for gprs use. Infact i have PI 54 service activated then how can i be charged for using gprs ? I think Aircel and customer care representatives are bunch of liars. I called at customer care 3 times. First time they told that he is not able to give any information on balance deduction and told me to call after 1 hour. When i called second time they told my problem will be solved after few minutes and i will get a message after 15 min. But i didnt got any message nor my problem was solved. I again called after 1 and half hour . They told me my balance was cut due to gprs use. I told him my pocket internet service is active. Then he told me he cannot do anything with that . I want my 9 Rs refunded.

low gprs speed

Aircel is cheating the aircel pocket internet users aircel had now given the speed restriction if i recharge it with RS 98 they says i will get 128 kbps speed upto 2GB but we don't even get 28 kbps continuously and after using more than 2gb it shows i will get less than 16 kbps but i get less than 5KB speed, for downloading 100 MB it takes almost 8 Hours so you can imagine how much speed i actually gets. AIRCEL had not done good by giving these speed restriction. Now there is no meaning of saying Aircel unlimited internet with these kind of speed my request to aircel is that they must remove these speed restriction and give speed like previously before previous months i was happy at least i get 20-25 KBPS continuously but now its completely different. If aircel don't stop these speed restriction i will stop making recharge of aircel definitely and will try something else. Its only my request please accept it. thank u. my no. 8796922956
