Activation of internet without consent and Outgoing barred

Hi

I am Using aircel - 9762771666 . I recently realized that Aircel is charging me for pocket Internet without my consent . Moreover when I asked them to show me any request from my side customer executive said system doesn't have it . I have asked Cust care to settle the amount in my current bill , they straight away refused it and on top of that barred outgoing facility.

My question is why customer has to pay and wait for refund from same company instead of it is internally settled by Aircel.
This is very unethical practise of activating something which is not requested charging for it and on top of that harassing customer with barring the outgoing . Customer care was rude and not having helping attitude.

plan not working

I recharged my no.with 498/- in between 15 apr- 20 apr.but from 6 may,i not able to make any aircel free local call to any aircel no.many time i taked with CCE evrytimes they suggesting me to swith off than switch on process,many times i have done this but issue is coming same.today i also visited in rajnagar customer care store,they are not ready to listen me problem even they missbehave me.Now please tell me process to resolve this.

deactivation

I am John having Aircel mobile no.8553402976, aircel network automatically activated the power play subscription without may permission, and it has deducting Rs.10/- for 2 days and the amount of rs.20/- deducted as power play subscription,and continuing the same, de-activate the subscription and credit the amount of rs.20/- to my balance. This is wrong way
by service provider. If it is not corrected , I will be forced to stop using your service.

Dear Concerned,

This is Ravi from bangalore, i have contacted one of the executive for Aircel connection (Ravi) he has taken my documents gave me a sim after couple of days no response from him and i wanted the connection immediately so i tried reaching him back he just ignored my call. so i have taken connection with other network, after 1 month executive massaged me number saying this your connection it will be activated, i replied him i don't need your connection later conversation with him then after 2 months one of the person called for bill pending XXXX i have not taken seriously now i got massage they going legally

Network Problems

Hi,

i'm using aircel 3G unlimited plan of rupees 198/- for the past 3 months and it was satisfactory. Unfortunately, for this month i recharged with the same plan but the speed is reduced to about 40 kbps or below with download of 0.10 kbps and upload of 1.09 kbps approximately. Already I have complained customer care but I not satisfactory because he is answers not properly.

Regarding subscription PPlay without my consent

My mobile no is 8553136135 and from past one week i have been charged 10 rs almost daily for PPlay which i have not subscribed.So i not only want the subscription to be deactivated but also i want money which u have cut without my consent to be refunded.If the same continues i would rather take serious action and even throw this sim.

no 3g coverage

i have purcahsed an AIRCEL 3g SIM and activated internet by paying Rs.447/- for 6GB for 3 months.but although 2 and half months have passed there is no 3g coverage and network only 2G network comes on the mobile. .I had compalined several times about it . The customer care tell that the problem has been resolved. But still the same problem. after all why should we recharge in 3G AIRCEL why not in other companies? my mobile no. is 7504620580.i want the aircel personnel to reply. you can contact me on 9439365673 as the aircel no is being used in a tablet.

Portability Not Done

Mobile Number Portability Problem (switch to Airtel from Aircel- no. 8553614808)
I had requested for my number to be ported to Airtel from Aircel- no. 8553614808 on 16 March 2013 and got a porting code DX493189. I was Never contacted by any calling agent from Aircel. Today i.e . on 1st april 2013 i got a message from airtel saying that "Request Rejected by Donor as the porting code done not match the donor allocated porting code for this number". I called many a times to aircel customer care but they are always busy.Still, my number has not been ported out from Aircel to Airtel so far.Also i want to deactivate some aircel services but nobody picks up the call hence in a big trouble.
Plz look into this matter as this is not the first time that this has happened.

Recharge issues

Hi

Today While recharging my Aircel Prepaid (8553757883) for Internet pack Rs. 447/- through freerecharge.in website, by mistake i have entered the wrong mobile no. (8553757884) and the amount recharged to the wrong no.

immediately i spoken to the aircel customer care no., they informed that i need to visit aircel office where the issue will be resolved. i went all the war of 25 KM to visit their office at Kormangala 4th Block, there i met one Mr. Sunil after waiting 1 hour. he doesnt know how to talk to the customer. whatever i asked, he reply is not possible. i asked him to resolve my issue, he said it is not possible. i told him that i need to talk to his manager. he said not possible. when i said that your customer call center people said that the issue will be resolved at aircel outlet. But Mr. sunil said that dont belive in the customer call center people, they always provide the wrong information. i am telling you in face to face you have to belive me or else go and complaint. This is the way they respond to us.

he even said that i am the employee of Aircel, i am telling you it is not possible. do what ever you want.

pls tell me whom i have to belive, call center people or this un professional guy.

Request you to pls get it resolved and do the needful.

Customer care service

Called 9842012345 for getting help to convert my prepaid to postpaid connection. But could not reach the any technician for a long time. After several tries connected to an representative but he wants to check in the head office to get the detailed information. He don't have any tendency to help me.... I really don't know for what i should go to head office.
