Deduction of balance Rs.35 for internet pack

Rs.35 have been deducted from my account. And an internet pack automatically got subscribed. Although i have not activated any internet pack.

Amount refund

Kindly refund my Rs.25/_ & Rs35/_ I have not activated juice up weekly. Aircel rong deduct my amount many more times.I say sure that is very rong .if not refundable we are change network .

3g network not working

My 3g network is not working from when i have reached mumbai from chennai the sim card is registered in chennai. I have recharged it with rs.255 net pack but it is not working .
And customer care is just a joke.
Please help me.
