bad sevice of internet

sir my phone no. is 8568838271 and i have activated internet on this sim 3 month activated package,but the service is not running on aircel dongle.from last 5 days i have been trying to contact aircel customer care number 123 and no one picking up call.how bad service your company is providing to customer. sorry to say you if you donot activate my service within 24 hrs you will force me to go to consumer court.

Aircel is not de-registering me from NCPR/DND

Aircel is really a bad company. My number 9856182156 was registered for DND two weeks ago but I'm still getting promotional SMS from AIRCEL itself. It also barred me to de-register / change option as i wanted to have sms from Banks etc so tried to Stop 6 but it says i can't change option till 3 months.

Aircel is not de-registering me from NCPR/DND

Dear Sir
My no. 7814711332 is registered in NCPR and I want to deregister it.I have requested many times to aircel customer care to deregister my no. from NCPR and they told me that now my no. is deregister from NCPR but it is not.My no. is still register in NCPR.

When i send sms as STOP to 1909 it says you are not register in NCPR with us.
But when i check my no. on nccptrai.gov.in , i found that my no. is still register in NCPR.

What should I do ?
Please help to dergistrr my no.

Non-Activation of new Sim

I bought a new AIRCEL sim card 1 month back, and submitted all proofs, but that sim is not activated till now, and I also recharged the no. for 100, and got 60 balance. But, on the same day, my balance was Rs30, and they also activated caller tune 3 times,(of which I have no clue).
Its not enough, I contacted custmer care, they told me that your proofs are not submitted. But when I contacted to AirCel officer, he told me that your no. is already connected. But when I checked , my ongoing and incoming call, both where barred..
