GENERATE UPC FOR PORTING

I want to PORT my aircel number ( 9094569114). Earlier the message was not getting delivered to 1900. Now when the message is going what I am receiving is the same message that send the message in "PORT<space>Mobile no" format. I am sending it in the same format but it is not generating any UPC rather sending me the same format message again and again. And your customer care always reply that it will happen after 48 hours. Pathetic service. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.Please..

Unwanted VAS Service Charges

Service Complaint Date : 25.01.18

Dear Sir, My Name Is Feroz Hussain I am Using Aircel in Several Years Because the Best Service Given from the Beginning but now a days they Deduct Some Charges for VAS Activation. But, I Did Not Activate any VAS Service Regulary Deduct the Charges for any VAS Service Activation, I Already Talk With Aircel Customercare He/She Told you Activate the VAS Service that only Deduct the Charges I Spoke with He/She I am not activate any VAS Service Pls Stop and Repay the Amount they only Stop the VAS Service and not Repay the Amount, Now The Full song Download is Active the msg Received and Deduct 5 Rs Daily in My Account I am So Depressed Pls Stop the VAS Service and Repay the Amount and Pls Take action Quickly and You can’t Take any Action I Will Quit the Service and Take some Other Action.

Unauthorized Charges

Today Again this Aircel People have charged Rs.25 From my mobile number without my knowledge.This has been many times that they have deducted money from my balance i have made many complaints but again they are doing the same.For this activity i have stopped top up and putting net pack in my number i am fed up of this service. Today again without my knowledge they have deducted the money for Juiceup Weekly..I am totally fed up with this service. Please kindly make a severe Action.I need my amount back
