Amount Deducted for video talkies

I had mistakenly activated video talkies on Apr 26, 2015 and I got Rs.75 deducted from my account; in the same day, I opted to stop that service and send a 'STOP' sms to 155223. In reply, I got a message mentioning, I am not subscribed to any VAS service. Today (May 11, 2015), I got a message that my video talkies subscription has been renewed automatically for the next 30 days and again Rs.75 had been deducted from my balance.

I have three questions:
1) Though, I sent a sms to stop the service (which eventually got activated by mistake), why the service was not deactivated and I am getting a auto renewal message?
2) If the subscription is for 30 days, why it got renewed before that?
3) Why can't you guys have a facility to send a request sms to customers for confirmation before making a renewal to subscription?

If you guys can spam us by sending marketing sms, please send a sms asking for confirmation from the customers before deducting any amount from the account. What I am much worried is, if this is the case for an educated professional, think how much revenue you will be generating from persons who are not well informed.

I have attached a screenshot of the sms I sent to stop the service on Apr 26, 2015.

Payment successful but Recharge Failed

I have recharged 21 april 2015 on full talk time of Rs 453 having transaction ID TNR 15042218101600272 in mobile no-9865268689.. Payment has been deducted from my account but recharge failed. So return my money as soon as possible & try to solve this type of problem for future transaction.

SIM Fraud

Dear Team,

This is Swaminathan Elangovan from Chennai. My mobile number is 9094404484. I'm using this SIM from the past 8 years. Recently i missed my SIM. I went to Aircel office in Kilpauk and got the new SIM. After 3 days the SIM is not working. Again i went to Aircel office i complained about that and they are telling the SIM is not in my name and also its got changed from prepaid to postpaid. So i given a complaint and i asked them to resolve. Till the problem is not resolved from the past two months.

Kindly help me to get my number back.

I did not activate any subscription for video talkies during browsing. But, Its activated automatically and my 30 RUPEES gone. I have deactivated this. I have enabled DND service. Still I am getting those video talkies messages in my inbox. I hate it totally.

I need my money back. I have a bunch of complaint in aircel records. None has a right solution and i did not get any refunds for my past complaints still now!

Its really irritating. I want my money back now.

Aircel is very poor in stealing our money. I had lost so many.

3g network activation

if i send message to start 3g iam getting message saying that your 3g service is already active but when iam connecting it is not connecting to 3g network but 3g is available in our location when i contacted customer care they are not responding properly regarding it . they are saying that your 3g service is not active pls activate it they are not listening to what iam saying they are asking me to send message to 121 pls take some measure for it.
