Thanks for solving my issue regarding the unwanted subscription for full song download. I would request you to refund the money back because it's been more than a week now and every day Rs.5 has been deducted so hope you will do the needful. Thank you.

Unfair VAS deductions
My Aircel mobile number is 7299345193 (prepaid connection). Over the past two weeks, I am unfairly facing DAILY deductions of Rupees 35 for VAS (54646 weekly service, Games club etc.). I did not subscribe to any of these services and have been continuously sending messages to 155223 to stop these services. The services are stopped when I send the message, however, the refund amounts are not being credited to my account as I need to contact customer care each time for the refund (I haven't got a refund for many deductions). Despite numerous requests to customer care, these deductions are haven't stopped. I cannot call customer care each time Rs.35 is deduced to ask for a refund. Please refund the amount unfairly billed ASAP and also ensure that I do not face these deductions going forward.

Amount not refunded

We would like to inform you that our team tried reaching you on the number 7299602835 but the number wasn't reachable. Further, we again hereby confirm that we haven't received the credit for the reported transaction and so we request you to get in touch with the respective bank to know more information about the transaction or refund.
Also, please keep in touch with the payment gateway support @ [email protected] with the appended details to find where the transaction is stuck.
If your bank and payment gateway support team confirms that the amount has been debited from your account by Aircel, we would request you to forward us the scanned copy of the original bank statement/bank certificate for the period 16th October, 2017 to til date to proceed further.

Amount not refunded
I Recharged @ Rs-599.00 and 146 through online aircel website.The recharge of 146 was successful but for the recharge of 599 the amount deducted from my Bank account but recharge not successful.1 sms received in my mobile and it shows transaction could not be processed at this time.my mobile no 7299602835. Please refund my money.At first I called customer care they said due to some issues recharge was not successful and amount will be refunded within 7 days but now they are saying we didn't received any recharge of amount 599 and making a confusion between 2 transactions ids(599 and 146) and saying transaction id was mismatching what a customer service is this.I already complained about it so many times but still no response.Even I directly went to aircel showroom and complained about it but they didn't had a knowledge about this issue.I already contacted my bank and it clearly shows amount is debited by aircel and I attached scanned copy of my bank details with this complaint.Please provide me a solution and I am really worried about this issue.

I don't have subscribed any vas on my phone but Rs 25 has deducted from my account. I sent a msg STOP to 155223. Due to which my vas get deactivated but I don't get my deducted amount back

Online Recharge Problem

We would like to inform you that we are unable to find any transaction of Rs.599/- processed towards the number 7299602835 on the said date.
We see that that the transaction has been failed and we haven’t received any credit for the same from your bank end. Any unclaimed transaction’s amount should be refunded back to your bank account within 7 working days from your bank end and we request you to get in touch with your bank to know more information about the refund.
If the refund isn't received in 7 working days time and your bank confirms that the amount has been debited from your account by Aircel, we would request you to forward us the scanned copy of the original bank statement / bank certificate with the clearing bank’s name and mentioning that the payment has been made towards Aircel for us to enable further action on the same.
