BALANCE DEDUCTING AND UNWANTED AUTOVSUBSCRIPBTION

Dear sir,
I got a sms on my no.7277137818 that i have beensubscribed to fun tv and it cost 30 rs. of my balance,though i did nothing.Then I tried to call to 198 but it was saying that all CCE are busy and I was unable to make contact to CCE and by the fear of balance deducting I have not yet recharge my account.

As per out system record it has been found that:

1 for - 9614043088--- Your balance of Rs.5/- got deducted dated- 12/ 6/2015,due to Download of VAS -VPACK- techzone through WAP, so credit of 5/- have been posted in your A/C from our end dated -20/6/2015 .

2 for - 8906800780--- Your balance of Rs. 2/- got deducted dated- 18/ 6/2015,due to Activation of VAS - KISSTIP- techzone through SMS, so credit of 2/- have been posted in your A/C from our end dated -20/6/2015 .

I got two problems in both of my Aircel SIM which are as follows:

1) I got a message saying that you have been subscribed to fun tv
whereas i never did...my balance got deducted...i want immediate
unsubscription....so kindly unsubscribe me...my number 9614043088.

2) Similarly I got the message mentioning that u have subscribed KISS
TIPS whereas i never did....my balance got deducted................I
want immediate unsubscription in the following number 8906800780

amount reduction

Dear sir,
My no 8056847733.
I recharged Rs. 453 and I got 3GB data for the same. On 04.06.2015 I had 1134Mb data and I added a rs.95.net pack then the balance mentioned 2158mb as per yours updating. Then I start the download. On the time I have received your data charge deducted rs.33.

I asked customer care they told if one pack running the another pack data will not added in continue close the net then continue. How to we know the data balance on processing.

If it is right why are you combined the two packs.

Your company thinks the customers are fools.

Kindly solve the issue and revoke the deducted amount.

I need my money at the earliest

amount reduction

Dear sir,

I recharged rs.109 on 16.05.2015 and rs.95 is deducted from my promo balance on 17.05.2015.

I conduct the customer care they told that the amount deducted for data.

Based on discussion with customer care official on 17.05.2015 22.42 pm no amount can be deducted from promo balance for data packs.

Which is correct ?, in the mean time data also not added in my account and money only deducted.

Kindly check and refund the amount at the earliest.

deduction of money

Actually i did not subscribe to the pocket internet but mesage is showing as subscibed and they have deducted 30 rs in my main account .hence i please you to unsubscribe and renew the lost amount.
