My Mobile number is 9865168221. Today i received a msg from Aircel u have subcribed fun store and debit ed rupee 49 from my balance. But Im not subcribed any thing. I tried customer care number not available 121.

False Website

I lodged a complain here. But fake calls came from this number - 8572989366 and they cheated me with Rs.4515. Don't attend calls from this numbers. these bastards had taken my money. This is fake. Now I have lost more money because of this. Don't post your numbers or personal details. Just post the bill number that's enough.

Recharge Unsuccessful

I made an recharge for Rs.101.
My mobile number is 9578799072 prepaid.
My transaction bill is BHDF3701528823 - aircel bill desk

Recharge was unsuccessful. I didn't receive any message. Amount got deducted. Amount was not refunded back within 7 days.

Please do the needful.

Main Balance Deduction

main balance deducted because of Funtv and
hi,i have recharged my mobile with Rs.68 and there after i received atleast 5 msgs asking 2 click on this link http://180.150.100.230/sl/aircelmvp and after send a msg that u have been charged Rs.50 for 30 days subscription. I m surprized that i have not activated any such thing.and then Rs 15 deducted for Fun tv.my number is 9865304651.i deactivated these services using 155223, i request you to restore my account balance

Fun TV un-subscriprion

I have received a message "Thank you for subscribing to Fun TV. You have been charged Rs 15.0 for 3 days and auto renewed". I didn't activate any pack or pocket internet, whenever i am using any browser it automatically popuped and received message like Fun TV. Kindly un-subscribe and refund the money. Thanks

As per our system records, it was found that the you had activated FSD (full song download) via WAP through techzone on 2014-12-10 06:51:00 and the consent ID CG1172141210065059637381 for the download was also generated and was charged a one time activation fee of Rs 5.The same was deactivated on the 2014-12-10 13:25:51 by you through IVR. These WAP links through which the download had happened are 3rd party campaigns/promotions that are embedded in the Web Pages that you had visited and had clicked on such links hence you were charged a onetime fee for availing the content. Kindly take caution while browsing as to not click on such links to avoid unwanted deductions in the future. As service gesture a onetime refund of Rs 5 will be posted to your main account within the next 24 working hours. Hope the resolution offered meets

your satisfaction levels too.
