3g speed is not coming on my no.

i had recharge for Rs.198 on my aircel no. 9169838468 . the info was that it gives 1.5 gb 3g data for 28 days. but 3g speed is not coming at all. i have checked another aircel sim whether if there is any network issues or not. but other numbers are doing well. only on my this no. speed is very poor. at before 15 days i have recharged for Rs. 64 (1 gb 2g for 15 days) . At that time which speed was coming and at present time exactly that speed is coming which is 2g speed.
i m really disappointed from aircel as i had tried to contact aircel many times but they are not resolving this problem.

unreasoned balance deduction

Dear sir

I am Prateek Srivastava using an Aircel no. 9807083790.
Today I got a message that I got subscribed funtv and deducted 35Rs. And there is also an intimation that I will be charged after 7 days.
However never subscribed this service.
I want my balance back and want to unsubscribe that service.

unwanted deduction

Unwanted masti mall and video talkies and namma natha such services get activated again and again. Today 30 rupees and later 5 rupees were deducted on my number 9169132229. Kindly look into this issue. Such type of services are too annoying and I wish to change my number now. Please get back my balance.

always deduct my balance when I using Internet.

Hi sir,
Please safe my balance from aircel comuncation. I had internet plan of 3g in over mobile but they always deduct it from my mobile. I m afraid of balance recharging of but they always deduct it once my balance dedected of rupees 30. Then I complain but no action taken by aircel. Then again they dedected or ruppes 27 then today they again dedected of rupees 27 of saying I had subscribed but I swear sir I had not subscribed. To at midnight they given me msg of subscribed. But trust me sir I had not. Will I use internet or not. No other company have such a cheeper service. Bit aircel had.. Please help me they dedected not amount of my balance.

cutting balnace and misbehave on 198

This is really a bad experience with aircel company on 22 march it cut my balance of 30 rupees and after that when i complaints for it they told me that they stopped the service and refund on 24 march and i got it on 25 march at 1 o clock but after 30 minutes they again cut the balance and when again i complaints they told me not refund they misbehave with me that cut the phone otherwise they lock the calling of customers care . so finally i told you that you are breaking your customers
So aircel company is really cheating our customer they not teach even the team leader that how can talk to urs customers . Good keep it up my number is 7071469851 you can check my detail in your database

Unnecessary activating value add service, even after complaint on customer care

Hello Sir/Madam,

Aircel mobile service provider is unnecessary activating value add service on my numbers. After a customer complaint they are deactivating my service but it takes lot of effort and time, and the challenge is they are not moving my money back to me. This is ridicules and pathetic service. I have already activated fully blocked DND service on my number, even then I am facing this problem since last few days. They are looting their customer behind no support.

My major concerns are:
1. No call support from Aircel on any problem.
2.Hidden customer support when you try to reach them.
3. They promise but they never act like that.(Promised to give me my money back but not done yet).
4. Their SMS Help service is not working.
5. Their toll free number service is not working.

I can prove it if anybody support me.
