Aircel network is not working currently i have taken seem postpaid of aircel no is 8744813841 this is poor service no anyone call me and solve my problem what is do now i am fed up please help me anyone please because aircel customer care not working

Wrongly deducted my aircel no 9716911948 balance and no responce from 198 compliant helpline

Today I got a massage on my phone "Thanks for subscribing to Aircel ND121STD54, offer benefit will be provided shortly." But I did not make any request for this type of service and when I contacted to Aircel 198 customer compliant helpline for this concern they are not registering my complaint they said they will check my no. 9716911948 and give me a call back for solution for this problem but on now time i did not receive any call they lying me and charged me 54.00 rs. for wrong balance deduction need help for this i am from delhi.

Wrong usage as reference mobile number

Hi,

This is regarding incorrect usage of my idea mobile no. 9990377709 as reference number. Please be informed that since past few days, I have received 10 messages on my aforementioned mobile number stating as follows: "Dear Subscriber, we are please to activate limited services on your Aircel connection 91XXXXXXXXXX. Please call 59059 using Aircel number to enjoy full services."

Balance deducted from bank account but recharge was unsuccessful

I recharged a amount of Rs 108 on my Aircel no. 8802057596 on 2/6/2014 At 09:52 pm transaction ID DL0614851788. But my recharge was unsuccessful and My amount of Rs, 108 was deducted from my Bank account.

I am trying to contact customer care on 198 but I am unable to talk to them because the call is going Busy.

मैं 17 मई 2014 को एयरसेल कम्पनी का 2 सिम कार्ड ख़रीदा, और उसका रु 80/- भुगतान भी कर दिया, लेकिन एयरसेल का स्टाफ ने मेरे न. को एक्टिवेट नहीं कराया, एक सप्ताह तक आग्रह करने के बाद शनिवार 24 मई को एक्टिवेट करा दिया लेकिन अब वो रीचार्ज नहीं करा रहा है, अब आप लोगो से मैं ये जानना चाहता हु, ऐसी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए मुझे क्या करना चाहिए, क्युकी ये तो ग्राहक के साथ धोखा है..!!

deduction charges

hii,

I have an aircel no. 7503552510. & my deduction of rs 50/- from aircel no. on 27.03.2014 aftr refill rs 100/-
i did'nt get any notification regarding deduction of 50/-.
i called to Custmr care & askd abt deduction they did'nt provide any correct resolution & whn i told, kindly esclate my call to ur supervisor thn agnt put my call on hold & thn disccnt my call. i tried again thn agnt transf. my call to his sup. & Sup. dissconnect my call.

so i m fedup aftr that i tried mny tym bt i unable to cnnct custmr care..

i wants my fully details regarding my dedcution or my balance refund of 50/-
there is no service activate on my no. & didnt get any notification regarding deduction & noting downlaod on my cell

so how can i agree that any service is active or any content is downlaod in my cell

Autorenewal of Rs2 from main balance

Hello,

I am very upset. I have purchase a Aircel prepaid number 7531856857. As on 9/12/13 every day Rs 2 is deducted on a daily basis from my Aircel prepaid main acc. I have call so many times to their customer care no. 121 and 198 but they don't ready to reg a complaint and told to go for self service with Aircel by dailing *122*02# but this no is not working and showing Service unavailable and nothing has been done so far. My original bal was Rs115 and now its Rs 109. A msg keeps on coming every day like 'Dear customer you will be renewed soon for NDSMS2,please maintain sufficient balance to continue the services and 'NDSMS2 has been renewed on your Aircel mobile'

Plz i request Aircel to get the matter solved asap and refund my money.
also i want to port my no. to some other network company as their signal is also a trouble for me.

Deduction of Balance

Dear Sir,
I had subscribed for your service named RAJRC2 that allows lesser callrates for one day. But from that day onwards my account is debited with rs.1 daily. I tried to deactivate this service by calling customer care but they told me that there is no such service is activated on my no. but I daily gets a message of renewal of service. I also tried to deactivate this service by deactivation code but it doesn't work. I want you to deactivate this service from my no. permanently.

Over charging

My cell number 8553771212,

Was bought with a initial tariff plan that charged 1 paise / sec. But since several months it was charged Rs 1.2 / min without prior notice.

Inquiring with customer care people, appellate officer by phone and mails hardly gave any result. They neither fixed the issue nor explained anything that convinced me.

I then chose a new tariff plan by paying Rs 30/- which should charge 1/2 paise / sec, about a month back ( April 2013).
Since few days again calls are charged with Rs 1.2 / min, I called customer care again and requested them again to activate the tariff plan that charges 1/2 paise / min, this new tariff is activated for 3 months by deducting Rs 77/- my balance. But it lasted just for a single phone call..!! Right from 2nd call after that is again aver charged..!!

This service is so disappointing, more over while we call the customer care, we are charged for those calls also and they really take long time to connect us to a customer care service rep, until then we have to listen to some pre recorded voice that gives some info we are not interested for for several minutes.!! This is how we are charged even to inquire with them.!!

I am so disappointed and had very bad experience, dissatisfied with the service that AIRCEL has given me.
.
I would be glad if concerned people do something and give justice to we customers for our money.

CONNECTION BARRED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION

It's really very pathetic for me that i am using Aircel connection, since when i bought my new connection of Reliance,So i used that for around 2years but when i heard that Aircel is giving the better service to the their customer so i was switched my Reliance connection to the Aircel and while i submitted my proper documents to their people[Usually as per the policy] After the 3 months, they people blocked by connection for the reason of unverified documentation[might be that was still OK ], again i re-submitted my documents over Aircel outlet, and the aircel connection was working properly for around next 7 month. But they bloody people again blocked my connection without the confirming me. So what do they think? I AM FOOL!!
If i am working in my office and they rascals are blocking my connection instead of any confirmation, so what should i do? If their verification department are totally sick so what was my mistake, if their verification was not clear on that time so why didn't they people informed me.
They don't know that we do not have any time submit our documents again and again....
THEY PEOPLE ARE LOOSER...
THEY AIRCEL SERVICE LOOSER....&
THEIR WORKING WAY IS SO POOR.....
So it's my humble request to you[complaint board] people, please please try to help me and get rid of me from this worst situation, i will be really
thankful of you!!

wrong deduction of money

i am using a aircel no 9782074776.
2 months back company has provided me a value added service named GARAM JOKES. However, I tried to unsubscribe from the service number of times for the same. The process for the same is not mentioned on the company website or anywhere else. I tried to contact customer care, but even though they are not able to hep.
My balance is geeting deducted on monthly basis. All I want is to unsubscribe from the service.
Kindly help.

LINE DISCONNECTED WITHOUT PROPER REASONS & CUSTOMER CARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY REASON OF DISCONNECTION.

Payment was collected by Aircel representative from billing address on 18/02/13 and my Bankers debited
my account on 22/02/13. On 04/03/12 myself contact customer care and their reply was payment received on
18/02/13 & line disconnected on 28/02/13, reason not known to CC representative. Again today I contact
CC representative Mr.Yasin Sayed and reply was your line was disconnected on 27/02/13 but reason not known to him.Till 07/03/13 so many people informed me that your line is temporarily out of order that is the
reply from your Mob No. 8802110161.Reason of delay of payment due to AIRCEL stores was closed on 09/02/13 at sector -18, Noida. The same was complaint to Aircel CC Representative and they collect the
payment on 18/02/12 from my billing address. I ask to AIRCEL customer care what is the reason of disconnection of my Mob.No.:8802110161 ? They are not in a position to reply of my enquiry.
Please look into the matter and resolved the matter.

Wrongfully deducting amount from my balance

My Aircel Mobile No. is 8014760072. Without any request or activating from my side Aircel is deducting @ Rs.30/- per month for service called JOKES. When I tried to deactivated via SMS, "JOKES" to 58000 as per instruction in their website the return message says, "You are not subscribed to this service" but still they are reactivating and deducting money from my Balance. IS THIS REAL JOKE ??. I want this shit JOKES service immediately cancelled and also refund any amount deducted from my balance on this account.

wrong commitment

dear Team,

i called lot of time for same complaint/issue on your service center numbers-01203136305, ############, 01204236905 however you gays are not interested to make customer, as a civilized person i already complained in SONY service center(c-54, g.floor, sect-02, noida, up, [email protected], ph-01203136305, ############, 01204236905)for repair of laptop sony vaio model number-vpceb24en/B, after service the laptop, service center staff said to me that your laptop warranty from sony side has been lapsed and your extended warranty of 2 year is in from croma center(ansal plaza knowledge park 1 unit 16, AG21&AG22 greater Noida UP, 0120, 4514600)so you need to contact to croma center.
however the main issue is sony center generated the bill of Rs.18000 which not acceptable, i already dined for that than after they agree for 50 % bill rebate or ask to me take a approval from croma center for FOC service.

please help to resolve my issue on priority its my 1st gentle request.

note-its not 1st time to facing issue with laptop, i am facing last 1.5 year but not get permanent solution.

please take step to resolve, please find supported document on attachment.

otherwise i will go for social media(Facebook, twitter, etc) and write to mail top management
