So sir please do something .... and resolve the problem soon as soon ..... and generate my PORT UPC number for my Mobile Number which is given below

Hi my mobile number is 7503453371 and sim last 5 digit i 80490 (aircel prepared delhi south 110080)00. I've requested the Upc many times for my Aircel prepaid. Finally I visited to your store Shop Number A-254 devli village, the person I spoke to told me to port in with Idea postpaid, to get the number secured, also, after 18 march aircel is going to close the Port out facilities...
This is not good enough...
I tried all the way at last no UPC code....
I'll file FIR on aircel if some body is not going to answer me at +919555521311.
This is your responsibility to help your customers they need.....
why do I Ppay Idea 250 rs. per month for notthing.....

I'm not getting aircel signal to send PORT message. I have tried to call customer care from other network. The reply was "unable to find your data in our database". Then, I have tried with online method with the following link: https://ekyc.aircel.com:444/ekyc/genUPC.html. Still,no use. It shows the same error message that "Unable to fetch data".
