Retain of luggage and Incorrect Information
Dear Spice Jet
To its entire associated staff at the Airport.
This is very annoying services to the customer travelling by spice jet airport authority by detaining my friend’s luggage.
My friend Mr. Muazzam Dilawar Solkar & Mr. Abhishek Bharatkumar Pancholi boarded SpiceJet SG-376 BOM 06:50 To 09:25 PAT in the morning at Fri 08 Nov, 2019 and when they reached Patna it came to their notice that bag is detained at Mumbai airport as there was power bank in it
May I know the so called brand spice jet staff sitting at the airport should educate the customer on the same before loading the luggage in flight which has caused a lot of inconvenience to the traveller and making them wait at the Patna airport for 5 to 7 Hours resulting in delay of connecting journey to Rafiganj.
Few Question to Spice Jet Head Authority at the Airport.
1) Why your staff took the luggage if there is power bank in the bag.
2) Why did your staff not inform and educate the passenger before boarding the flight as he was travelling for the first time.
3) No Information sent via sms and email on the goods that can be carried in the flight except the flight details.
4) When bag are scanned at the airport why no one as support informed us on the same
5) No one contacted me from the support staff while my friend was in the waiting area before flight departure from the Mumbai airport
6) If flight details can be sent via sms and email then why information was not sent to us which all electronics goods can be carried was not sent
7) A separate sms can be sent the passenger with the link on the protocol of flights on carrying of goods.
Due to this whole issue my friend has to wait back and feel helpless.
Because of this whole issue of your staff my passenger my friend are helpless with no support has wasted the connecting transport to Rafiganj .In today’s world time is very important that’s why I have booked flight ticket for my convenience and not for inconvenience.
I need compensation against this whole issue faced by us and ans to the questions.
As a citizen of India we would like to follow the protocol and its process very well. But what if one is not aware of the dos and don’ts of the protocol what goods can be carried and what not to carry while boarding the flight.

I have travel from Amritsar to Mumbai on Friday and ticket was booked by Internet banking, but today morning I got sms of Rs 350/- debited from Credit card for "Interglobe Aviation LT" 1) I have not booked tickets using my credit card how they have used credit card information with out pin 2)What are Interglobe Aviation charges
