I wish I had read all these reviews before I landed at Mayur Vihar Phase II store to buy this pathetic dongle. It has many flaws like speed is worse than 2G and they claim it to be 4G. Also if you are not constantly waiting for there pathetic connection to run it drops every minute. Th battery is also horrible.

And after selling the product the people at store will ignore you as if you dont exist. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PEOPLE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT AND WASTE MONEY.

I purchased 4G HOTSPOT Wifi airtel Dongle from Mayur Vihar Phase 2 center. This purchase has become such a headache for me as this never works. They clain its 4G BUT ITS WORSE THAN 2G.

I made a mistake by buying airtel 4G instead of Vodafone which works much better than Airtel. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Total wastage of money.

customer service very poor dongal is not working

actually i already filed complaint as dongal not working properly customer service also provide me the complaint number as 76591926
but no one going to respond i wait for 1 week then again i called on 18001030405 number for the same; then customer service representative against asked same thing and told that your complaint already closed...but i said check one more time then representative confused and tells sorry sir complaint showing reopen stage so i told still its not working then representative not able to answer properly then i said just transfer to your senior bcz this is very urgent to resolve; but that representative talked one person in office that "aare wo ek customer hai uska complaint tha but nhi ho raha n all" i already listen there conversation then particular colleague take my phone and speaking "HELLO " HELLO" we are not getting your voice and telling their colleague that pagal rehte hai customer n all...so i m really frustrated with this kind of behavior; because we paid for service and facing this type of answer n unable to resolving the issue is very pathetic thing..so airtel higher management should take care of this issue very seriously.

i am going to give the time of conversation so if airtel really thing they are good then they must check conversation and take action immediately i am already loosing 10 days... (conversation date 05 june 2017 and timing 12:54AM) worst experience i faced in my life..everyone should be aware of this thing .. i am also going to send and post this with consumer court if action not taken place.

Bad Service & Network

HI Team,

I've Airtel 3G Dongle of Huwai Company and number is 8527975775. I am regularly getting Connecting Prompt Error from last 3 weeks. I also made complaint to Customer Service which number is 30119058125. But it not resolved yet. I also contact to near Airtel Office which is Amrit Aircom, E23, Shop No. 5678,Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110095 after discussion with Customer Service. But, there I got total negligence of customer. I've also lost my total data from number.

Please suggest what I should. Should I trust on Airtel or try to search another trust able network operator.

Airtel 3g dongle not working

I am using airtel 3g dongle but most of the time not working . Two times SIM replacement done but still problem exist. Postpaid number is 9500119223. Went to showroom to ask whether it can be exchanged with 4g dongle but she told now offer not there and have to wait for 2 months and when I asked for resolution she asked me to go to service center but she couldn't provide the address or phone number for the same. Wat Will be resolution for me

Unfair Billing

I am using t 4 GB plan Dongle no: 9148451089. Though I dont use full 4 GB its billed for
whole 4GB and I had to pay 800 rs per month. So I didnt pay the last months
bill. And my number was barred.

Atlast I decided to pay the Bill and convert the postpaid no. to prepaid no.

I payed the Bill on 30/04/2016 and it was debarred. I didn't use the Dongle the
whole month not even 1GB. But when I went Airtel showroom(04/05/2016) to change it to
prepaid. I came to know that again my Bill was 800rs which was active just for
2 days which data I didnt use.

I called customer care but of no use.

Please help me what I should do in this case.

ISP down?

So,I've been using this Airtel 3g dongle(8474077044) for like 2 years,and so far,it was working like a charm. But for the last several days,it's only getting EDGE and not HSPA, even after recharging 2 GB of 3g data.

Hope it gets resolved soon!

Airtel Dongal 3G Not working & Not Getting Any Support

Dear Airtel Team

I am using your Airtel Dongal services since long .Unfortunately for some time I not using the services. But recently I buy a new sim which number is 9821744682 and using this sim on my airtel dongal . On monday ,I put the sim on my airtel dongal and after this no signals was shown . I called the same time to the airtel complaint team on number 18001030405 . The Airtel team said to me , improve this sim and put on the mobile & remove again . I do this thing also and she raised a complaint on this against .She said with in a 3 days problem is resolved. But now again the same problem arises . I called to your team but they do not support me what was the exact problem . Still now the problem is not resolved so that why I am writing a complaint regarding this.

If you see my complaint , kindly call to me or resolve my problem.

I am not recieving the data even after successfull recharge and please validate ur IVR selection

My number is 7259321705.Even after successfull recharge i am not recieving the data. when i called up ur Toll free number on selecting the option 1 which says english,its leading to hindi customer care. or mite be ur customer care people are not reponding in good manner with customer when i said them to talk in english they were so stubborn and told me to talk in hindi, which there hindi no 1 can understand and cut the call without resolving the issue.this is so shamefull for Airtel. please requesting to take strict action on those hindhi customer care people and teach them how to respond to customer to which dey are hired for.

Poor Airtel network

There is a Airtel BTS at Hatikhal of Cachar District. I always work with a 3g Hawaui dongle. But for a week or long, there is no Airtel network even in the range of 500 meters west of the BTS. While, east, south and north side are covered well by the BTS. I request to look into the matter.

Internet service provider not providing facility

It's been a week and my airtel sim is still taking EDGE instead of 3G, there were no issue before, but from last week onwards my dongle is only able to catch EDGE , I prepaid rs 495 but not getting any benefit of it.

3g dongle issue-bad response

hi , I bought airtel 3g dongle..still 20 days worked well.. suddenly it struck up....and from that it not working.. it shows that not registered ,sim card initialization failed messages... while I complained to the showroom which I bought the device is not good...they didn't respond as well...very worst and they make me irritating by their irresponsible replys.... I seriously decided to drop out the Airtel networks like my airtel dongle,my mobile airtel sim too......the showroom peoples are only concentrate in selling products.... they don't care about the customers....

not connecting 3g dongle

i have 3g dongle..its not at all connectng..once fr 10 mints its working aftr tht not at all working..smtime showing error and not opening any page.....

Dongle is not working

My Sim no. is 9004676241, its not working since last 4-days. Have made complaints and i was promised that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. But don't know from where those 24 hrs to count from…..Customer service is worst. once you call you will not get the answer in the language you selected. for any question they will ask to hold…..but you will not get revert unless you disconnect the call after memorizing the artel music.
Any chance of improvement…..
Will my complaint be resolved???

it is totaly waste to purchase a airtel wi-fi dongle.beacause when you will use it in computer it disconnects automaticly in every 10 minutes.and the offer that was provided on the dongle was unable to avail that.because customer care will denied to any offer to avail.so i suggest don't buy it.it is useless.

In unlimited plan it doesnt work 2g even cannot use for browsing and its cost is also very high and should lesser the cost of 3g plan

not registered

While using my airtel 3g modem..it shows not registered and not connecting to internet.. And also its poping out an error "requested operations requires elevation" error while clicking the icon. Is there any possible solution ?
