airtel number mistyped while doing recharge

Hi Team,

I had mistyped my airtel number while doing a recharge today morning. I had done it for rs.349, the wrong number is 9561628086 and the correct number is 9561629086 and the bank reference no is:0000030004643104, recharge date:25th may 2017, 8: 00 am.
unfortunately i donot had airtel transaction id as the msg regarding the recharge has gone to the wrong number. i tried to find it , but wasnt successful.

Kindly reverse this recharge to my number ie; 9561629086.

Hope to hear from u soon and resolution to this problem soon.

Airtel Mobile - Fake Bills being generated and sent

I have been a subscriber of Airtel for several years and since almost a year, I'm on international roaming profile. I got my international roaming activated with Airtel for a fixed monthly rental cost of ~150 INR. My monthly rental other than the international roaming rental is ~300 INR.

While in roaming, I do not use my phone to make or receive calls. I just use it to receive text messages (which are free). However, every week, and sometime every other day - I keep getting following message from Airtel:

The recent one, received today (May 25, 2017) is
"Usage Information: The approx. usage on international roaming for your airtel mobile 98xxxxxxxx is Rs. 5040. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 5040, Data-Rs. 0. This amount may vary in the bill as it is dependent on the international operator."

Previous ones until last week were following:
"Usage alert: As per the last update, approx. international roaming usage on your airtel mobile 98xxxxxxxx is Rs 7315. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 7315, Data-Rs. 0. To stop the services, SMS NO to +918220998997"

"Usage alert: As per the last update, approx. international roaming usage on your airtel mobile 98xxxxxxxx is Rs 9180. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 9180, Data-Rs. 0. To stop the services, SMS NO to +918220998997"

Just last month, with no usage made by me (no calls made or received, no data usage, no outgoing text message) and even then i received a monthly bill of INR 10,000. All the while as i was receiving above messages from Airtel, I kept on sending mails to your customer care and nodal officer but to no avail.

When I received the monthly bill of INR 10,000, I was shocked and zapped at how Airtel is out there in the market to fool people. I knew this well since I was tracking my usage if any considering the fact that i was in international roaming however imagine for several millions of ignorant and un-assuming subscribers and customers of airtel who are being made a fool.

I called up the customer care and banged my head with them as i have to every time and they agreed the mistake and sent me a mail that pls ignore and the amount of INR 10,000 has been credited to your account to zero the bill.

The saddest part is that this reversal of INR 10,000 was done in the last week / Thursday (May 19) and today on May 25, I again received the message that I need to pay Airtel INR 5040 for the current usage. Really??? Who has so much of time and energy and focus to deal with?

Obviously, I'm looking for an end to my woes because of Airtel.

It makes me wonder if a company gets into such an act, and begins to charge a nominal INR 100 extra per month (which no body would notice or care for) and with 10 million plus subscriber where the company may be in terms of profitability and valuation???

Airtel Mobile Post Paid sending Fake Bills

Airtel reactivation

My number 8800967427 was deactivated due to visa expiration on 15/5. I provided proof of visa extension to my local Airtel service center (Sahara Mall, Gurgaon) on 15/5, but my number has still not been reactivated.

I have called and written emails and still my number has not been reactivated after 10 days. I have missed important phone calls about family emergencies and work matters.

How do you as a company conduct business this way? This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I want my phone reactivated immediately.

CHEAP CALL RATE

Dear team

airtel is the worst network in the world.call rates are high.services are extremely poor and customer supports doesn’t even exist.
my observed lowest 2g speed was 146 bytes per second and average is 3 kbps.and average 3g speed is around 8 kbps.they charge 3 rupees for 2 minutes.I regularly try to connect to their customer executive but there’s no option for that.I’ve requested for port 4 months ago but no response yet.when you have data plan but less mb then they’ll deduct money from your account instead of data pack.I asked for the reason and they answered me that its their clause.I asked for information about that clause from RTI act but they neglected.

Recharge not reflecting in Account

I recharged my phone Airtel Prepaid Mobile 9004147327 for Rs. 300 on 10.05.2017 through my Airtel App and paid from my ICICI bank account. The recharge did not reflect in my Airtel Balance. I recharged again for rs 300 and this was reflected.

The details appearing in my Bank Account for the two debits is as follows

BIL/001208354352/PGMIB-/AIRT01170500519 Rs 300 (this was not credited)

MIN/BHARTI AIRT/20170510163651/0 Rs 300 (this got credited)

Please look into and do the needful

Unauthorised Services

Hi my name is Reuben from Bangalore and my mobile number is 9972541865. I have serious issues in terms of unauthorized services being activated on my number from the past few months. I have been charged for multiple services which i never heard neither chose to activate on my airtel number. Disconnect Airtel

We are already informed you related our institution Airtel connection problem. Airtel connection not working properly from past five days. Our business affected for this problem. I contact your customer care related this problem but your customer care person not responding properly. So I want to disconnect your Airtel connection. Without my knowledge your technical person changed our password. He didn’t inform us. Your technical person did not responding properly.

Yesterday one technical person visited our intuition. He was spending 10 minutes only. After completed work he said I want to go another place. He said I already booked ticket so I want to move from here. I received two calls from your customer care. They simply said just reset your Modem. I reset my modem after done that again problem not solved. Two days (05.05.2017) before I talked with Mr.Krishna Lal he said I will solve your problem within 5 hours. But again same problem occurred my side.
Next day I received call from your customer care he said your problem will solve within 5 days. So I can’t understand your customer care service. My business fully affected for this problem. Your technical person not responding properly and behavior is worst.
